Try resetting your iPad and start again, sometime that clears the problem

Try closing the App Store and reset yor iPad. Double tap the home button and find the App Store app. Swipe the thumbnail preview of the App Store up off the top of the screen to close it. then hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
If that doesn't work, try resetting your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds then plug it in again.
If that fails, reset all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. No data is lost, but all device settings have to be entered again. -
when I try to download photoshop or illustrator the web doesn't work. it says that OS X can't recognize web pages that start with "aam"
May I know whether you are trying to download Photoshop cc and Illsutrator cc applications?

Since the last iphone software upgrade, every time i try to download an application i keep getting the message "cannot connect ot itunes store". How can i resolve this? I have tried rebooting but that didnt work.
Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
If that doesn't solve it then what has worked for some people is going into Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months (or maybe a year or two) in the future and then re-trying -
I have problem with my IPAD2, there is meesage that IPAD hasn;t been backed up in 1 weeks. Backups happen when this IPAD is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi. And then I press OK below those message, but nothing happen and can't do anything too. I push start button, they appear but still "can't reach them". Anybody knows how to fix it back to normal?
Go to Settings, iCloud, and then Storage and Backup. You will then see a button to backup your iPad. It may be that you have much stuff (i.e. photos, apps) for it to do a full backup but you will be able to tell what the estimated backup should be and what it will consist of so that you can choose to prune down items. If you don't want to backup and get rid of the messages you can just turn backup off from this area as well.

I am getting this message sandbox environment error no test user account, when downloading any application from iTunes, friend told me to sign out and sign in iTunes it might solve the problem , and i triyed it but still I cannot login I to my itune account. How do I access websites that warn: "Firefox is NOT compatible with this application. For best performance, please use Internet Explorer 5.0 and above...."? When I try to download any alternate browser, all I get is another warning that the alternate is "not compatible with your operating system." Is Firefox preventing this? The site listed below is a job application site. I've had this same problem with other job application sites also.

When I try to download a song from iTunes or try to buy an App, or even purchase an extra set of lives on Candy Crush (!), I get an error message - 'Unknown Error'. Anybody have any ideas?
Try this and see if it helps. Refresh your iTunes account. Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to purchase again. -
Whenever I try to download any application, a motification pops up saying, "Could not download Minecraft: Pocket Edition lite and 6 others". The application that I am attempting to download does then pop up and start installing but beside it the Minecraft lite app appears and then fails to download. It's not a real issue, it doesn't stop me from doing anything but it's rather annoying. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated
I'm having the exact same problem! It's rather annoying, I know. I haven't completely solved it yet, but a temporary solution is going to App Store > Purchases, find Minecraft - Pocket Edition lite, swipe it from left to right and tap hide. The problem should now be fixed. You can always unhide it using View Account and bring up the list of hidden purchases.
I think the problem was caused by a temporary 'black out' of Minecraft (both lite and full), which made the app unavailable in the App Store for a short time and gave people who wanted to update the app the same message as you're getting right now.

If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:

If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again. -
I cannot download any applications from apps store. When i enter the required information to get the app, it says that my post code is inaccurate. i am from the caribbean but i have purchased my ipod in the US. I have entered a US postcode where i stayed as well and it failed also.
You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
