When I try to download firefox 4 and 5 I can't get it to response and I have to uninstall it to get 3 back so I can use it.

I can down load the upgrade but I cant get firefox to open, on the few occasions I was able to open it up it froze before it came up fully. I gave up on 4 but notice today you have 5 and I tried to upgraded to it and i could not get firefox to open so I went back to 3.

It's referring to another application that is running on your PC. Temporarily disable any A/V software you have running on the system and try to restore it again. Make sure you don't have any other software/programs on your PC that could be scanning or interfering with the restore process.
