When i attempt to download my photos off of my iphone 5 i get a message that an image cant be downloaded and it aborts the entire process. i dont know what image is causing the problem. my phone is full and i need to get these photos off of the phone. how do i identify the problem image so that i can complete the backup/downlaod to my computer?

Quickest way to identify the problem child is to use the 50% rule...select half the photos...that will tell you what half the problem child rests...keep dividing by half until you identify the photo.

Lightroom doesn't use the Camera Raw plug-in. All of the Camera Raw technology is part of the Lightroom program. You will either have to upgrade to Lightroom 5 or use the DNG converter to create digital negative copies that can be used with Lightroom 4.

It's trying to download when you are connected via cellular. Turn cellular Off and then connect via wifi.

Try resetting the password, even a number of times, until it takes. It took the third attempt on a family member's iPad before it was successful!

I'm unclear on what the problem is. Have you installed a system on the new hard drive, and if so, what system? Had you actually installed Mountain Lion previously, or only downloaded it? And what does "it only wants to upgrade" mean? Have you actually got Mountain Lion already installed? (See About This Mac in the Apple menu.)
All Macs that shipped with Lion or newer are capable of internet recovery in situations like this. Just hold down command-R and it should start in recovery mode over the internet if necessary. You can reinstall the system from there. If you had Mountain Lion, I would assume that Mountain Lion would be the system you would get reinstalling that way.

How fast is your internet connection and do you know what wireless standard your router is? Because download time will depend on several factors. The 1st one being the speed of your connection,2) the size of the file being downloaded,& 3) how fast your router send and receieve the data.

Movies are not part of the automatic downloads feature. Apps, music and books only.
If you live in the U.S. you can download many Movies again for free using the same Apple ID that you bought the movie with. If you do not live in the U.S, that feature is not available. Not all Movies are available at this time either.
You can transfer the movie to iTunes on your computer and then sync it to the iPad if you like.

Hi Pat. I've done that, it opens up the install window again. If I click on install it says it's already installed. Nothing comes up that allows me to accept the end user agreement. I just retried and the same thing happens.
I appreciate your help.
