When I try to export my digital certificate (make a backup copy), firefox says that backup PKCS # 12 could not be done due to unknown causes.

I obtained new digital certificate, which is working without any problems. When I try to export backup copy of new or already existing certificate, I get response window that exportation failed due to unknown reason. I use Firefox 3.6.14

The same problem occured with FF in Linux. The solution found there was to uninstall Torbutton, restart FF and try again. In my case I had to try twice. There may of course be other plugins that cause problems ...

I understand that you are not able to sync a few songs you purchased from iTunes to your iPhone and other devices. There may be an issue with the file, but if you have the Apple ID and password used to purchase the songs, you can redownload them. You can even download the song directly to your iPhone. Ever since downloading and opening Firefox 4 beta, when I try to launch 3.6.8, I get an error message saying that Firefox is already running; it is not. I have removed 4.0 beta from the computer, but don't know where else to look for any bits and pieces.

I need to restart the computer in order to launch FF 3.6.8. Also, in Dreamweaver CS5, I have defined FF 3.6.8 as my default browser, but when I try to view a page in FF, I get the same message that FF is already running. Where else do I need to look to find hidden files that are causing this?

Did you uninstall the Firefox 4.0 beta version ?
If you did then did you remove the personal data or otherwise removed to Firefox profile folder ?
Make sure that you still have a (default) Firefox profile folder.<br />

Please excuse, but I have to ask an obvious question: Did you already update using the Snow Leopard Retail install DVD? (You must do this first; 10.6.7 is just an update if you already have 10.6.) Are you, then, trying to update from whatever version was on the install DVD to 10.6.7?
Otherwise, I'd keep trying. The 10.6.7 Combo is a huge update.

Hi guys. When I try to sync my iPhone 4 to my iTunes on my computer it tells me that it can't find the files. So I'll manual dint he song and identify it for iTunes. iTunes will then ask me if it am identify the rest for me but it never can. Playlists on my phone have disappeared because I can no longer sync the songs because iTunes can't find them. This all started when I put ringtones from iTunes onto my phone. Maybe it somehow deleted the music library because I get is exclamation marks by all the songs which no longer play ( which is most of them)
Please help me this is so frustrating!!
