Try using these instructions and create a new account. You have to use an email address not used with Apple before.

In addition to what FelipeV is telling you, I advise you to contact your friend and have him remove the iPhone from his apple id through icloud.com. Otherwise, if in the future you want to update the iOS or restore the iPhone for troubleshooting a problem, you may find that you cannot activate it again due to the feature Activiation Lock in iOS 7.
Once your friend has done this, you should deactivate Find my iPhone on your iPhone iCloud settings and then activate it back with your own Apple ID. -

Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

Even free apps have limits on where they can be downloaded. Either the app maker does not want to release it in Kuwait or (more likely) he/she does not have the rights or permits to release it in Kuwait.

$34 for free games , i will show u the reciept. if its not possible to get the money back i will forced to take proper action.
thank you sir /madam.The games might be free but I think you've clicked In-App purchase which cost money. You are warned before you accept the In-App purchase. You not that young and you can read so take action if you must. It's your own fault and all purchases are final. Good luck.

This same thing happend to me, you have to make a new account and you have to chose your birthday as if your under 18 or 16, because if you dont own a credit card, you shouldnt be over this age, so basictly just make a new email and appleID and when you chose your birthday, do it under 16 years of age (or your REAL birthday) and you should have an option of clicking "none" for credit card options, but if you want to buy something, you will have to do the credit card stuff, or you can just buy an apple gift card at basictly any store, So this is how i fixed my problum, i hope it works for you, write back your responce of how it worked out please!

Why am I getting a popup when I try to install a free app
I am trying to install the Google Authenticator app and I'm getting a popup saying "This item is free in the store. This item will be added to your Purchases, and will be available even if your Family Sharing status changes." and there is Cancel and Download. Every time I tap Download the popup continues to popup and its annoying the crap out of me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP
There is a bug in the system as apple is preparing for all of their updates but the revolution is to go to iTunes on your computer > then click on the iTunes store > click on your account (email address top left and than account) > iTunes in the cloud > hidden purchases > find the app you are trying to install in that list and unhide it. Once it has been unhidden you can download it with no problem

You normally need to provide some sort of payment method (in part as proof of residence in the country) before you can get even the free apps. It is possible to set up a new iTunes Store account just for free apps, but you have to create a new Apple ID; you cannot use an existing one. If you want to do that, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note again that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)
