Thanks Don-yes i'm using the correct apple id and yes I've plugged the phone into the computer-that's the problem, my computer doesn't recognise my phone anymore altho it comes up in iTunes library it won't sync anymore

You can try going to Mail>the accounts>Advanced and turn Use SSL on or off, the opposite of what it is now.

First of all, look on the iPod to see if the song is actually on there. (The last Sync of my Classic resulted in "song not copied... because it cannot be found." The song had previously been on the iPod. I checked and despite the fact that iTunes could not find the file, the song was still on my iPod. I checked the folder and the song was exactly where t was supposed to be. So I simply set iTunes to find it again. What happened? I don't know, iTunes simply threw a wobbly!)
Second, try another Sync. Does this change anything? If the song was on the iPod, does a second Sync remove the message? If the song was not on the iPod after the first Sync, does the second one put it on there?

All you can do is re-use on of the accounts previously created on your device, or create an account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or later), if you have one.

When i try and download firefox for my HTC Hero I get a message saying "Error: Data not found."

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

What do I need to do to make/receive video calls using iChat to someone who uses Microsoft Live Call (using Windows Live Messenger to register me as a contact)?
When I initially set up iChat, I selected AIM (AOL Instant Messenging) as my default messenger program. But I can't remember where I set that up. Where in iChat can I make that change from AIM to Windows Live Messenger?

This is happening to me too. I recently purchased about 4 music videos from iTunes, 3 of them play on both my pc and my iPod Touch but there's one particular music video that will only play on my pc and gives me the same "The requested url cannot be found on this server" message when I try to play it on my iPod. I have Aperture3 and iPhoto. When I try send video clips as attachments, I get a message saying Quicktime can't open the .avi - why? Others couldn't open them so I sent them to myself and get the same message. Doesn't seem to be a size issue as I've tried with really short clips (4 seconds). As I recall, I didn't have this problem before buying Aperture last fall, when I only had iPhoto. It appears that by default, an attachment to an email automatically comes from my iPhoto files and not Aperture - assume that is supposed to happen but not sure. Thanks for any and all help!
