I would suggest that you try syncing your iPad and updating your software (version 4.3.5 is the latest version). It's been my experience that updates resolve a number of odd behaviors with apps. Hope this helps. All the best...

Why does my screen go black when I try to open my videos?
When I try to open my videos, my screen goes black. All other apps work fine.
Quit the Videos app completely, restart the iPad and then try again.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button
If that doesn't work, try this.
Swipe to the right from your first home screen to get to the iPad Spotlight search. Type in the name of any of your movies in the field at the top. when the movie appears in the search - tap on it and it should hopefully start to play. Let it play for a minute or so - hit done - go back to videos app and see if all is OK.
And if that doesn't work, You can try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -

I have adobe CS6 on a MacPro 2.5 GHz Intel i5 8gb memory 1600 MHz DDR3Adobe retired this Feb 17, 2014.
This app sent content to and got content from the web based services of "CreatPDF" and "PDF Pack".
These are subscription services out in "the cloud". When the app was live you had to be online and signed into your account. The user forum for CreatePDF has a DOC that speaks to the app removal.

From what i understand i see that - Cookies are not transferred between your website and your webapp when installing the icon on the home screen (for authentication purposes for example). It was working until 6.1 and now it’s not working anymore.

My CC crashes when I try to open any application
My CC crashes when I try to open any application - this has been happening for about a week. I installed CC over two months ago and now I cannot use any of the creative suite applications. I don't want to uninstall becuase I am afraid I won't know how to reinstall. what do you suggest. help!

Here's what happened. I was trying to open a photo in Camera Raw from Adobe bridge and the entire system froze except for my mouse. I did a hard restart. After restarting if I tried to open any Adobe program it brought up the Service License Agreement/ Product Key. I agreed to the terms and service, the entered my key. after that the SLA kept looping back after I agreed. This is still happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Suite, but that did not fix the issue.Thanks Jeff. I performed all the steps and CS 5.5 is still not working. A pop-up comes that says - "Install" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
I then moved all the install files to my desktop and another pop up comes up that says - "Install" can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
I installed a trial version of CS 6, and it ran smoothly.
The last resort will be to purchase a Creative Cloud license, but before I do that does anyone else have anymore ideas? -

Crashing when i try to open any file in pages (also keynote and numbers)
I just buy and install iWork 09. Everything about the installation seems to be ok but when i try to open any file, new or created, i get a crash program with the legend "Pages quit unexpectedly". I tried to reinstall 2 or 3 times but it doesn't work.
Any help?I'm interested in the solution since I'm having the same problem after a reinstall and update Pages to 4.0.4
Keynote & Numbers won't launch either.

Only recently, when I try to open a video or an e-mail attachment, a message appears in the frame "Blocked plug-in". TShan, a box appears above that says I must update and install Flash player. Ah then that is the issue.
1. Is Pages registered? It turns into a demo version after 3months otherwise.
2. This makes it interesting as to what happens if it has, because a demo version can't/won't save and I'm curious if this causes a bug in the ever so wonderfully thought through process of versioning in Lion
3. There may actually be a problem with one of the documents which again causes a bug in the ever so wonderfully thought through process of versioning in Lion
4. You are entitled to AppleCare telephone support to try ands resolve this in detail which is difficult to do without seeing what is actually going on because there are multiple files involoved
5. Which raises the issue of does it freeze consistently on hitting a certain document? In which case moving or archiving that document may get Pages to actually launch
