I have paid for a years subscription for cs6 and did so a few months ago and last night it's said my trial has finished. I thought it may not have gone through properly and my girlfriend paid for it all over again. But it's still doesn't work and now I'm paying for it twice. Please help!

There have been a few reports on here where Corsair RAM seems to have caused users a lot of grief with crashes.
The recommendation on here, mostly, is to only buy RAM from macsales.com or crucial.com as they guarantee their modules will work and offer a no quibble lifetime guarantee.
I'd put the original RAM back in, return the Corsair chips for a refund and re-order from one of those two companies.

I am having similar issues except that the store starts to load, then stops, then I only get iTunes Store in gray letters on a white screen. I can access playlist and the other stuff. Like flamesgirl, I contacted them and they just keep sending me links of stuff to try which I had already seen on the Apple website and nothing works. I posted the question on another forum I belong to and one responder said her husband was in an Apple store and asked about this problem as he was having the same issue. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

That is I take it Pages '06? Which is a bit long in the tooth.
I'm trying unsuccessfully to find the minimum requirement for OSX 10.6, but yours may not be compatible with Snow Leopard.
Your contacts are no doubt using either Pages '08 or Pages '09 which as later versions can open yours but you can not open theirs.
Updating from Pages '06 is a no brainer IMHO.
