When I try to open downloads a new tab appears at the top of the screen and I can't open it.

I am currently unable to access any of the downloads I have. I just see a new tab at the top and I can't open it.

When did this start? What was the last thing you changed before problem started?
Have you tried sending the attachment from a different account. Have a friend send you an attachment. Get a gmail account.
Send the email with attachments to two different accounts one to your ipad and the other to a gmail account in a web browser and not on an iPad. See if you can read the ones to the gmail account.
You did reboot your ipad?

is your main system language set to English? If not, change the language to English in the "Language&Region" System Preferences (see: Re: I bought Aperture in a box et can't upgrade from 3.4.5 to 3.5.). Then sign back into AppStore and reload the Updates panel.
Other things that could prevent the update are, if you moved Aperture from the Applications folder or renamed it. Then put it back.

Why is it when I try to re download apps that were previously deleted from my iCloud, the download looks like it is going to start then it stops almost instantly?

OK, so this problem has been going on for quite a few months, and has persisted through several iOS updates:
I deleted both Facebook messenger and Instagram from my iPhone 5s. they have been stored to my iCloud. Now, when I try to re-download just those 2 apps (doesn't happen with any others I have noticed yet), it looks like the download is going to start, but almost immediately switches back to the download from cloud button. I have signed out and back in to my iCloud account and my apple account and neither have worked. A hard reset did not work either. Repeatedly tapping (hey I was frustrated!) did not work either. updating my iOS did not work. It only happens to these 2 seemingly popular, well developed apps. Can anyone provide me a solution? I Also want to try to avoid doing a full reset if possible. Or whatever the process is called that erases all your photos and messages and apps, Etc.

When using firefox and each time I open a new tab I end up with a split screen and it is annoying. How so I fix it.

I open firefox. Go to website then where there is a + sign I open a new tab. A new tab comes up but then splits the screen into two with a new tab in the middle and I end up with 3 small split screens in the one instead of 3 separate tabs.because it is doing that i cannot then get a full screen and go about my usual business. Lately there seems to be numerous problems with fire fox loading also. it continues to come up with page not found and try again. I hit try again and then it may find the page. these are on sites that I access daily and have done so for several years now. Never before have I had so much trouble with fire fox. Not only I but we have four computers accessing the internet ...have done for some time and never had this problem but everyone is suddenly experiencing the same problem. The only thing new that has been put on the main computer is a K9 protection thing recently and I am wondering could that have anything to do with these issues and if not is fire fox having tech issues . I am unable to open new tabs, in any way I attempt to do so. I have checked the settings and they are fine, so it's not those. The only way I can open a new tab is to right click on a link and instruct it to open in a new tab.

Bookmarks act the same as links on a webpage. If you want to open them in a new tab either right-click and 'open in a new tab' or middle-click (ie click with the scroll wheel).

I can't access my Camera Roll Album because it is under the Albums banner at the top of my screen. How can I get to it and open it?

I have an itunes acct. on my PC, but itunes doesn't allow me on using that acct. info. When I try to set up a new id on my ipad it says the session has timed out.

I have an itunes account on my PC and have downloaded Kindle and iBook with no problem, but when I try and use that acct id on my iPad the system says I cannot access the store. However, when I try to create a new id the system comes up and tells me that I am from Canada, which is always nice to know in case I ever forget, and when I acknowledge that screen, it immediately tells me the session has timed out. What am I doing wrong? Willingly admit I am not at all knowledgable in the Apple world. Thanks for any help you can give..

When I've had a similar problem, it was because I was accessing the iTunes store from a device I hadn't used before, such as when I upgraded from an iPad 1 to the iPad 2. It was a little confusing to me until I figured it out.
All I had to do was use the ID of my existing account and play along with the iTunes store. As I recall, it asked for my password twice, and the security code from the back of my credit card. After that, downloads proceeded as before.

Firefox is unable to open Facebook pages(not app pages) when opened in a new Tab. It works fine on the original tab though.

When I log into my facebook account, it loads up fine. However, if I try to open any facebook pages into a new tab, it fails to load. It doesn't seem to affect the original tab in which it was loaded. It also doesn't seem to affect Facebook app pages. I have tested this on IE without any problems. This only happened after a firefox update.
