When i try to open itunes i get a message saying itunes is on a locked disk

i cannot open itunes when i try i get a warning message saying that "the folder "Itunes" is on a locked disk or you do not have permission for this folder"
whats the problem???

check if you have read & write permissions for your music folder. in finder, right-click on it and get info. unlock the little padlock (you may have to enter your admin password) and change the permission settings. next, click on the little gear-shaped icon and apply to enclosed items like so
the important part is to apply to enclosed items !

You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

There are two separate desktops on this computer, one for me and one for another user. Her Firefox is not affected. I have looked everywhere for this second copy supposedly running but I don't see how it can be because I have shut down all programs several times.

Click App Store from your Apple menu  drop down menu then select Updates from the App Store menu bar.

Run the library first aid, run repair permission and if you still have probelms run repair library.
Hold the option and command keys down while you start Aperture, once Aperture is launched you will see a Repair pane. Select Repair library.

Is it giving you any option to sign in or license this software. If yes click on sign in/License this software to proceed further and activate it. If it is perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and signing in and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it an dit will get activated.
