When I try to open Mozilla, I get a message saying "unresponsive script" which is caused by SAH toolbar. Wont let me continue or very slow. Affecting whole system. How do I fix?

When I get message it says cause is Script: chrome://sahtoolbar/content/sahlog.js:121 This makes opening slow or impossible until I am able to close it. It is also affecting all other programs i run ie. cannot print, same message comes up. Often Mozilla just shuts down in middle of session. I run e-commerce business and loosing sales. Need help!
How can I fix?

check if you have read & write permissions for your music folder. in finder, right-click on it and get info. unlock the little padlock (you may have to enter your admin password) and change the permission settings. next, click on the little gear-shaped icon and apply to enclosed items like so

Install 7-Zip (free), or a free trial of WinRAR, and use one of them to extract the contents of the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe installer file, then try installing AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. Even if it won't install you may get a more useful error message as to why not.

To solve this issue all I did was check to ensure that the file permissions were set as described by the earlier posts, followed by simply deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file. Once the file was deleted I was able to open iTunes without difficulty. Note that I am running Windows 8. Hope this helps!
