When I try to open netflix I get check network settings I'm signed in and when I go to update it says unable to find server?

Just Lately I am having a problem with my netflix. It reads error  Please make sure that your device has network connectivity and the date and time settings are accurate. I reseted my device uninstall app and then reapply everything again. When I go on to my Itunes account and try to update it reads unable to install updates cannot find server. How do I fix this!!??

This has nothing to do with itunes U ( where collegese and universties post educational material for students.)
