It is asking to verify your info. Select None for the credit card.

Hi mterry1723, one solution that might be worth trying is this:
- Close iTunes, if it's open
- Open Safari and got to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Security' on the top
- Untick all the security options in the menu
- Click the 'Show Cookies' button and look for all the 'apple' entries in the left-hand column.
- Highlight them (select them collectively) and press 'Remove'
- Now open iTunes and buy the song as usual.
- You may be asked to do the same security process as before, so do as asked.
- Hopefully, the security check will now have accepted your answers and start downloading the song as normal.
Remember to re-tick all the required security options you had just un-ticked in Safari preferences. You don't need to bother about opening the cookies again.
I hope this has worked for you and my profoundest apologies if it has not. Worth a go, though!

how can i remove pictures from my droid turbo without having to use the touch screen on the phone at all? my screen is cracked and i am waiting on a replacement phone. as far as i can tell in order to access the phone storage through my computer, i have to use the touchscreen to enable it so that the computer will see it as a camera. I can't do that as the top half of the touschscreen is unresponsive. any suggestions? teaches me to use the backup services offered in the future, but i still need a short term solution for this time.

I'm sorry to hear your screen is cracked spence425. I know its difficult to use the phone while its damaged. I'm happy you are receiving a replacement device. Have you saved any of your pictures and other data to the cloud? Here is a link about the cloud http://vz.to/1mF0GIx . Unfortunately, you will be unable to remove any data from the phone if the screen is unresponsive but if you are looking to transfer data to your new phone, it would have needed to be saved via the cloud first. Try this and see if it works for you.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data/Cache. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Take heart. We can help.
First turn on page view so you can see how the content of your sheet fits on the page(s). A Numbers document contains sheets (listed on the left) which in turn contain tables, charts, text, and graphics. Select the sheet you want to print on the left, then enable page view by selecting the menu item:
"View > Show Print View":
Now you should see your content and how it fits on one, or more, pages. If thie content is too big for one page use the controls and the bottom left of the window to expose the sheet controls:

It is not possible to update the iOS to any version besides the most recent version. You can only update to iOS 5.1 at the time.
Start iTunes on your computer and use its menu to check for updates. If there is an update download and install the latest version of iTunes for your computer. Then restart your computer and start iTunes. Connect your iPad to your computer and in iTunes on your computer select your iPad in the left column. In the right column select General and click on Check for Updates. Follow the prompts to complete the update process.
The iOS update is a large file. A good Internet connection is required. Many users have discovered that they need to turn off virus protection and their firewall to get the update to proceed to completion. If you have problems updating turn off these items and try again

OS X doesn't have a "system restore" like Windows has.
You have to use TimeMachine or a external clone previously made.

Uninstall all your add-ons, remove Firefox for now and use Safari
Use a external drive to make a copy of your user files only (not Timemachine) and disconnect all drives.
If you've installed crapware like MacKeeper you need to uninstall it here

If you've installed a always on anti-virus you need to uninstall it using the devlepers uninstaller

Stick in your 10.6 install disk and reboot holding the c key down, boot off the disk and simply reinstall 10.6
reboot holding the Shift key down, then Apple menu > Software update to 10.6.8
reboot and try running all your third party software, a few may not work and have to be reinstalled as they insert kext files into OS X which you just replaced.
check the status of your plugins like Flash and Silverlight here, update if needed

Now go to System Preferences and create another new user and log into it, does things seem fine?
Now log into your original user, does it seem fine?
Now install Firefox by itself, does it seem fine?
Add add-ons one at a time in FF, does everything seem fine?
Try FF in the new user, everything seem fine?
It should be, you've just replaced your OS X, bundled programs and replaced Firefox.
If something still is occuring but only in that first user then you need to transfer personal files to the new user and delete the old one it's corrupted. You can re-create the first user again and transfer files back so things work again (itunes playlists etc.)
Next time make a TimeMachine drive or a Carbon Copy Cloner which is bootable and updates on your scheduale.

How can I burn an mpeg onto a DVD without having to use IDVD or IMovie?

So I've got a few jpg's and mpeg's that I would like to burn for PC friends, but the only way I can figure out how to get these onto a CD or DVD is by using IDVD or IMovie with my IMac. Is there a way around this? Why doesn't a blank DVD or CD icon come up on the desktop once inserted so that I can simply drag and drop my photos and short movies to it to be burned accordingly?
