When I try to register with apple the ssn for my account it says invalid ssn and i also tried entering the other number and it says invalid what do i do now or did I get ripped off when i bought the ipod touch..???
when I try to register the ipod touch with apple.com to get support it keeps telling me the SN is invalid..I tried turning it on and connecting to Wi-Fi but it tells me unable to connect please try again later...on the top of the ipod touch where the wi-fi signal and the battery signal is right in the middle of those too there is the lock sign... what does this mean and why cant i connect to any thing or even get it to work????????? OR DID I JUST GET RIPPED OFF WHEN I BOUGHT IT?????????????????

I recently purchased a new Mac Mini with Lion installed. I downloaded the latest version of iTunes. Now I can't get iTunes to sync iCal from my iPod Touch (3rd gen) to my Mini. Everything else syncs great, and iCal syncs from my Mini to my Touch. My Touch has the latest iOS installed. I have tried rebooting my Touch, removing the sync calendars option from iTunes>Info and checking it again after applying and closing iTunes, and restarting my Mini. Any help will be appreciated!

I bought my Apple TV in Singapore and I haven’t used it yet. When I try to rent a film, comes the message that may signature is not working for security issues.
However, when I go to the Apple Web site, click "Support", and then "Register an Apple Product", I can´t do it, because they ask me for a MPN number that I don’t have, because I through out the package. What can I do without having the MPN number?

I've tried syncing with my computer. I've tried almost everything but when i go to update my apps it tells me to give a password for my old aplle ID and won't even take the old password. Help!
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

Bought a FX5200-T128 today and when installing it I noticed that it differed from what I had seen on MSi's website. For one its green not red. Two it has 4 memory modules instead of 2. Is this some other card placed in MSI retail packaging? Is there anyway to tell for sure?

Getting ripped episodes of LOST on my iPod Touch
I own season 1 of LOST and Season 3 of Rescue Me. I've recently ripped some of the files to MP4 format to place on my Touch with handbrake. I cannot get the ripped versions of these episodes to load to my Touch. They are loading fine into my iTunes library, and play fine on my Apple TV, but won't load to the Touch. Oddly, older ripped versions of Rescue Me are loading fine to the Touch, which were also ripped with Handbrake. Anyone have any ideas? I don't even know where to start trouble shooting this one.....
Right click on the video and select 'Convert selection for iPod/iPhone' and then try syncing again.

HELP! Photos on my iPad not showing up when I try to sync with my computer?
WHen i go to sync onto my PC the PHOTOs don't show up as available. I was traveling to go see family so i downloaded 5000 pictures to my Ipad. Now I can't get them off and I don't want to just delete them as my old PC crashed and I lost them there. I can move them to an album one at a time but that's seems like a waste of time.
Am I doing something wrong Please helpIt should be able to copy any photos that you have in the Photos app - it sees all the albums and the photos that I've synced from my computer, as well as the photos that I've taken with the iPad and copied to via the camera kit and saved from emails.
When you open the app you should be given a URL to type in on a browser on your computer - that should then allow you to select an album, and then one or more photos within that album to copy to your computer -

I had a similar problem myself. This is what helped me.
I went to the App store app, scrolled to the bottom, logged out of the account, re logged in with my Apple ID. Then went back to app updates. Once I put in my ID password all was fine. -
Hi, just wonder anyone can help. i lost my ipad few weeks ago (already reported to police in UK but they arent helpful), and when i logged in to my apple account, i found another person email added to my apple account (but has not been verified). what can i do to trace ? my ipad hasnt been registered with apple before i lost it, can i registered now (as i still have the package) and then supply the serial no. to apple so they can block that ipad??

thanksThe only tracking feature Apple offers is the one tied to your iCloud account (https://www.apple.com/icloud/features/find-my-iphone.html). If you did not have an iCloud account set up on the iPad, or did not have the "find my iPad" setting enabled under that account's settings, then you cannot track it remotely.
There is nothing you can do but hope the police do something, or you find it yourself. Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen property.

However, I hope you IMMEDIATELY changed your AppleID password when you noticed the added email - the only way someone could do that is if they know both your AppleID primary email address AND your current password. -

With only the little information you've provided, I'd trash Compressor and download it again from the App Store.
You could share the timeline out to MPEG2 and then import that into iDVD, if you have it, or Toast.

You're entitled to the OS that shipped with the device from Apple, but if you don't have that media there's nothing you can really do. If the system originally shipped with 10.7 or 10.8 then when you boot it to Internet Recovery, it will automatically offer you that OS version (as the serial # is registered with Apple). If it shipped with an older OS, then you need to enter the Apple ID that purchased 10.7 or 10.8. You didn't purchase it so that's not you.
The options you have are to buy Lion for $29 US (I don't know the price in Palestine), or Mountain Lion for $19 US (don't know the price in Palestine either), and install from scratch.
And it's a good idea to know you have restore media before you reformat your machine. -

I did the self help to set private settings, delete cookies and no tracking of my visited website, and delete history...but when I try to register on a site to send them emails (comments) i keep getting sent back to an error page that my cache/cookie settings are not right!!! and then the icons for my "tools", etc that were on the upper right of my toolbar have disappeared and I want them back...where did they go and I can't find any help on the help menus to solve any of these issues..it's aggravating.
