When I try to save a file from the Web, even with web complete, it saves it as an MS Word file. How do I change this?
I cannot execute the Save Page As for any files on Firefox. Each time I try it saves it as a .htm file -- even if I choose Web Complete, and it opens as an illegible MS Word document.
The error message says Windows cannot find C:\Documents and Settings, etc with my file folder.
I think that the problem began when a old version of the Netscape browser I had stopped working, so I removed it.
Please advise how I can save Web files properly. Thank you very much.
removed firefox and installed V.10. Back to normal! Interestingly did not have problemm on Blackberry so not sure where the problem was!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased match but when i try to play a song from the cloud on my ipad it displays a message of " cannot connect to iTunes Store" and doesn't play the song. i have rest both devices.
I called Apple Support and they walked me through it. They told me to basically copy and paste my music to the external hard drive. (I think.) Or maybe it was they had me transfer a folder to the EHD. I don't exactally remember it was a few years back. But I tried to plug in the EHD before starting and...nothing. Still says same thing, "locate file."

Is the name address on your iTunes account in exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bil. You could try what it suggests on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 - and if that doesn't fix it try contacting your card issuer :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

When i try to update my apps from the app store some of the apps wont update and ask for an Apple ID that isn't mine. Whats the problem and how do i fix it? All im trying to do is update my apps and its asking for these random apple ID's.
The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

When I try to open a video from the website Youtube I got this message that I didnt before I uograde to Firefox 7.0.1 : "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (rtsp) isn't associated with any program."

I have been using my apple tv to access netflix for several months. It suddenly stopped working. When I try to go to netflix from the menu, it says "accessing netflix" but never does. I can access you tube just fine, but just can't get to netflix. Any ideas. I have unplugged everything and waited but nothing helped.
Update software. If that doesn't work try resetting. Mine started working after the update.

An unknown error message appears when I try to update an app from the app store
Beginning about a week ago, I get the message "an unknown error occurred" when I try to update an app from the app store on my iPhone 4s. The same update works fine on my iPad 2. Resetting does not solve the problem.
try updating on your PC with itunes, then sync your phone to your pc.

How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
