When I try to set up I Cloud to sych my contacts, mail and calendars from Outlook, I receive an error message-Server hasd stopped working.

Thanks for the flag J.K. - they contaced me and solved my problem. On this account (which I created just to ask this question), I log in with my email rather than my user name (mtalldud). On the account that I was having trouble with, they told me to use my user ID instead of my email to log in and it worked. This is a bit confusing and seems a bit inconsistent but at least I don't need this temporary account any more to get into this community and find answers!

When you set up icloud and turn on calendar syncing, you get a panel that asks whether to merge the local data on the device or computer with icloud data. You must have responded NO. If the calendars are now gone from your mac, then your only hope is to restore the data from your Time Machine backup.

I had recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and thus had to re download Adobe Digital Editions. I downloaded Version 4.0 but the problem seemed to be with the authorization between the e-reader and the computer. While in ADE click the help button and click erase authorization then re do your user id and password. It worked for me.

That was hard for us to guess, from your post It might have helped to mention the iPad.
How are you trying to save the song to your PC? Are you sending the song to iTunes? If yes, as a project or as an audio file? Make sure, you select "AAC" and not "GarageBand", when you share the song from your iPad.

When I try to upgrade and install to iOS 5.1, error message prompt "operation stop running". I have tried several time but failed. The file is too large to download via 3G. There is a 20MB limit with 3G. The purpose of having 3G is that you have internet access everywhere and do not need to be near a WiFi hotspot or network.
Not every single thing that you do every single minute of the day on the iPad involves downloading files larger than 20MB. You can surf the internet all day long sitting out in a park somewhere with 3G - but not with a WiFi only iPad - unless you use a hotspot with it.
Try turning off your firewall and anti virus software while you try to download the iOS update. -
Every time I TRY to start firefox 18-19 I get an error message : "Firefox has stopped working" - "close the program and check online for a solution" - or - "close the program" this happens TWICE every time I try to start firefox. Eventually after a random number of tries firefox will start normaly. I am useing firefox 19.0.2 now bit I belive it started when I upgraded to firefox 18 but am not sure, it might have been when I upgraded to firefox 19 ... but it has been happening for a very long time and I cannot find any helpfule solutions online.

i'm really hoping someone can help me with this, as i really need to be able to access elements for my online business. i currently use a macbook pro (newish within the last 2 years) and have used photoshop elements 8, 9, and most recently even 10 and the same thing keeps happening...they will work fine for a while and then all of a sudden i will go to enter the size dimensions of a new design and the numbers in the dialog box will just start scrolling like crazy. for instance if i try to set the dimension to 5x7 inches and enter the number 5 into the width box, it will (all on its own, like it's possesed!) scroll to the number 10 and then scroll back down to the number 0 and it will continue to do this whenever i try to enter a number. however, it will allow me to use photoshop element's custom presets, such as US letter size (8.5x11) etc. just wont' allow me to enter a "custom" size. this same scrolling occurs when i try to save a file as a jpeg, if i try to save it at number 12 "maximum" quality, it will scroll down to the number 0 and the quality box (low medium maximum) will scroll through those choices as well.....i hope this makes sense. i haven't been able to find much about this issue. the only thing i could find suggested deleting the "preferences settings" by pressing "command, option, shift" upon launching the program, which i've done several times and it doesn't solve the issue. also, versions 9 and 10 are both downloaded "trial" versions of the program, but version 8 was a hardcopy disc that i bought myself a couple of years ago and the same issue eventually happens to all of them. PLEASE HELP!!!! i would really appreciate it, thanks!

thank you for your response, i appreciate it. there's definitely nothing wrong with the mouse or trackpad, both work fine in every other application....i can also easily change size dimensions in other programs on my computer so it doesn't seem to be that either. it seems like there is something weird going on in the way that pse and my mac are interacting with each other, just wish i knew what it was. thank you again, wish me luck! -

When i try to reload The Sims FreePlay (sister accidentally deleted) from App Store I keep getting error message. There is not enough available storage on my device but there actually is enought storage. Not sure why I cannot get App to reload. I have synced to my computer. Help!
To download/install an app directly to the iPod you need available storage equal to about three times the file download size. Syncing the app to the iPod requires a lot less. Thus you either have to free up more storage or sync the app from your computer.
