When I try to sign in to CC I am automatically signed out! Help!
when I try to sign in to CC on my toolbar at the top of my computer it asks for my username and pword (which are correct) but won't let me sign in. The screen says "You have been signed out". I can log in to the adobe site so the username and password are correct but I can't download programs….

When I try to sign out of my email on firefox3.6.13 it freezes.
I recently downloaded firefox 3.6.13 and since then every time I try to sign out of my email accounts ( yahoo, MSN & Verizon) the program freezes and I need to shut down my internet connection to be able to do anything else on the internet.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I can read and send everything fine. Just won't log out. I have 3rd party cookies enabled.
This is normal, well with what I have experienced. Try this on another browser to see if there is any difference. If you would like to try something, it would be to clear cache and cookies.
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Go to the 'Go' menu in the Finder and hold down the option key to reveal the Library. Then navigate to library > preferences > system configuration and drag the 'Networkinterfaces.plist' file to the trash and restart for mac. Now try again. -
To repeat my question, Apple offered to install iCloud, and I allowed it. Yet when I try to sign in to iCloud using my Apple ID email and pswrd--an ID that I've been using for YEARS--I'm given the message, "This Apple ID is valid but is not an iCloud account." What is going on?
Everywhere I search on Apple's Support site says to sign in to iCloud using your "Apple ID," which I did. I've had my iTunes account for years (even migrated from the old AOL account system). It's the standard email+password that everyone is supposed to use.
My main question is how can I have a valid Apple ID and not an iCloud account--if the two are supposed to be linked?

tljI've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. When I try to sign in with my Apple ID and password, it says I can not sign in. To check my network connection and try again.
I am connected to my home wifi network. Why can't I sign in??Not sure, but iAd Producer probably has nothing to do with this.
Did you try posting in a forum that discusses iPhone, or FaceTime, or networking?

Why when I try to sign in to Find my Friends does it tell me I cannot as my iPhone is not supported with free iCloud service? I do not use find my friends on another device.
So, have you created an iCloud account and is your device connected to iCloud?

After installing Mountain Lion, iMessages and Facetime does not work. When I try to sign-in I get a message that says: The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. The last thing they told me is that they will send the problem to their engineers and I will hear from them. unfortunately they have not contact me.
During the phone calls I tried putting the date and time in automatic, changing the username and password, I even tried using somebody elses username and password. Please help, facetime is my tool to telecomute, and it is hurting my job.I had the same problem and found the solution here:

Open Sysem Preferences from your Apple () menu top left in your screen then select the Firewall tab.
Make sure the Firewall is turned off. -
