When I try to update from 3.6.18 to 5.0, get message that no updats are available.

See above

Using Windows Vista Home Premium and Firefox 3.6.18 on the computer in question. When I click on the check for updates I get message that no updates are available. Why is not 5.0 showing as an available update, since 5.01 is not needed for windows? When I converted from 3.6.18 to 5.0 a couple or so weeks ago it let me update on my other computer using Vista Home Premium. Why is Firefox making it harder to update now??? Where can I get 5.0 , since 5.o1 is not necessary for my windows computer??? I am a long time user of Firefox and it is getting more complicated, rather than easier to use. As for speed cannot see any difference than 3.6.18, except that 3.6.18 appears to be a litter faster.
