After I upgraded to Mavericks I was also having this message when I tried to update. There was a previous post about this problem which offered this simple solution which worked for me:

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

I'm having the same issue. Just hooked up a Mac Mini and running the internet just fine over wifi, but Facetime isn't working. I'm going to try resetting my router in the morning.

What's going on with iCloud (MobileMe)? I'm able to sign in here, but I can't access mail on my Macbook Pro, iPhone, or work computer. I always get an authorization error (user-id or passwork wrong). This has been going on for almost a week now.
The single download means that you won't be able to redownload it from the store without paying, either on a computer's iTunes or an iOS device - it doesn't stop you from copying the audiobook to your other computers or syncing it to your iOS devices, you just can't redownload it. (I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time download.)
You can download audiobooks on your computer's iTunes and sync them to iOS devices, you do not have to buy them directly on the device (if you do then you can copy them back to your computer's iTunes library by connecting the device and using the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option on your computer's iTunes).
What you are doing to sync them should work i.e.
- connecting the iPad to your Mac
- selecting the iPad on your Mac's iTunes
- selecting its Books tab and selecting the audiobooks that you want to sync to the iPad and syncing/applying that selection.
You should then get an audiobooks option in the Music app on your iPad. If they aren't appearing there then do they show in Settings > General > Usage > Music on the device - if you have audiobooks on the iPad then they should be listed there under an 'audiobooks' heading.
By 'restart the iPad' do you mean a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try closing its Music app via the iPad's taskbar : Force an app to close in iOS.
And do a soft-reset and retry syncing.

I have no idea what to do, this is the second time that my phone has completely went dumb on me, the first time was March 2, and after 3hours of charging it finally turned on and charged completely now it does not do that. It stayed at 1% for a whole day (yesterday sunday) and now it does not turn on, and the home and lock button will not reset it. What do i do?? Help...

My iphone is stuck in recovery mode. The apple logo is up and proceeded about 70percent of the way then it just stops moving. I have looked all over the internet and I am out of warranty. On itunes it reads restoring iphone software. My software was 4.3.2 but it was in the process of being upgraded to 4.3.3 so i dont know if it is being restored to 4.3.2 or 4.3.3... Please help

I have a Bluetooth Mac keyboard, trackpad and magic mouse. They fail regularly and only a series of resets eventually cures the problem. I have switched to a USB mouse, but that eventually fails too. 2011 mini, all current software. Mouse still moves cursor, but no left click. Trackpad loses click ability. Repeated shutdowns. Something is very wrong.
If even the USB mouse is failing, that's interesting. Make sure you remove the batts from any nearby BT mice, and reboot the system. USB mouse should work fine, if it's still not clicking, something needs to be probably changed in the system preferences.

I cannot download nor update apps through Apps Store, error message states that app cannot be downloaded, to try again later, this has been happening for the last five days. Help!
It started when tryung to update Twitter. Now the problem is with every app I try to update or download.I have this issue as well. The App Store icon indicates there are updates available but when I open the app a popup says it can't connect to the store and the screen remains white. I have tried a hard reset (power & home button) and several other suggestions I have found throughout the forums here without success.

It will not connect but my other apple devices can connect and the wifi works very well. I have moved houses to my house wifi isnt the same as the old one. Also, i have to type in the password every time even if i click autosave. Sometimes it also says invalid password or connection timeout. This has been going on for two months and is getting really annoying. I've tried most of the solutions listed on other discussions, none of them work. Any other tips? Thank you. When I click on Firefox Icon to open browser a window opens that says..Firefox has had a problem and has crashed.It says a report will be sent to Mozilla and problem will be fixed when Firefox is closed,(It never opened),I click on close Firefox and it says a report is being sent.Then a few seconds later it says...Report successfully sent and closes.It also asked if I want Mozilla to contact me about this report,I checked yes and have recieved nothing.I WANT MY FIREFOX..This has been going on for since Nov.30th.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If ATV is unplugged and you are still seeing an image that is not coming from ATV.
If the update failed then you will need to connect ATV to a computer with iTunes via a USB cable and restore the software from iTunes. -
