When I try to use my credit or debit card for Apple ID . It says Your payment method was declined . When I ask my bank they say apple doesn't have ties with MasterCard or visa ? So what should I do now?

This sign appeared in my account: "Your payment method was declined. Update your biiling info'. After adding new information about my others cards I see the same sign. Can't understand what the problem is and what should I do. Everything used to be good before.

im trying to connect to apps store and to download apps but i cannt. the massege that say me is your payment method was declined. what can i do about this?
Try removing said card then re-enter all card details, if still no joy then try a different card to see if it is the card or a problem with your iTunes account, one other thing that you could try is changing your iTunes password as this sometimes cure thing as well.
Also have a look at your purchase history to see if you have any items that are still waiting for payment as this can sometimes screw up your payment method, if this is the case then I would defiantly try a different card.
If none of the above work then I would contact iTunes support. -

If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid and accepted by the store, if not then you won't be able to download anything until you have valie payment details.

I get this sometimes with the card I've been using for years. I'm not sure what happens but usually, all I have to do is go into iTunes and edit my card info. Instead of changing anything, I just save the changes even though I didn't make any and then iTunes will then automatically resubmit the over due charges.
This same thing also happens with SiriusXM account and at least once ir twice a year, I get a past due notice in the mail. Frustrating even though there is nothing wrong with my card. -

Is the VISA card one that was issued to you by a bank where you have an account or one that you bought in a local store?
You cannot use a prepaid debit VISA card that you bought from a local store with iTunes or Mac App Stores. -
