When I try to use online help in CC, I'm told CC isn't connected to the internet, but it is.
When I try to use online help in CC, I get a message that says Photoshop isn't connected to the internet. But I am connected.
Did you use CS5 or CS6 in the past? Did you set those apps to use offline help only so that you didn't have to watch Adobe Air update itself every time you tried to open Help? If so, there might be an old Adobe Help (CS5 / CS6) preference lingering on your machine. You wouldn't think CC would respect it, but you would be wrong. I had to install old Adobe Help (for CS5 / CS6) and change the pref.

When I try to open editor I get an error message that I am not connected to the internet (which I am) or my computer clock is set incorrectly (which it is not).
This is normally to do with activation. You need to contact Adobe directly using the link below. Use the dropdown menu for boxes (1) & (2) to scroll down the list and choose:
1. Adobe Photoshop Elements
2. Serial number issues or activating my product
3. Click on the blue button: Still need help? Contact us – then click the button marked “chat now”
It’s usually possible to start a live chat, if an Adobe agent is free, and often to get the problem fixed right away. Ensure you have your serial number.

When I try to use Mac Help or any other help menu, the help window opens up but it is empty. How do I resolve this issue?
Try moving these files to the Trash one at a time and test (but don't empty yet.)
/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist
/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.LSSharedFileList.pl ist
If doing this doesn't help, then navigate to this location and delete the cache (but not the enclosing folder.)
/Users/yourusername/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpviewer

I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada and when I try to use Siri it loads and loads and then says, "I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."
I rebooted and it didn't fix the problem. I just got my iPhone 4s (unlocked right from Apple) several weeks ago.Siri has been a bit more erratic than usual in the last week or so. Apple has announced a major announcement for 9/12. Conclusions are left to the reader.

Please help! I try to connect to the Internet but appears inscription There is no expansion of kernel PPP. Yesterday I used internet through the same connection- Dsl pppoe. Wi fi cannot connect too. On ipad and iphone it is work.
That's odd.
Try this: Unplug your Time Capsule and your router. On your MBP, click the Wi-Fi icon and select "Open Network Preferences".
Click the lock icon to authenticate, then click the "gear" and select "set service order". Wherever AirPort (or Wi-Fi - I forget what Snow Leopard calls it) appears, drag it elsewhere in the list. Click OK, then Apply, then power up your router and TC.
If that doesn't result in any change, repeat the above but try making the service(s) you do not need "inactive".
The purpose of this is to reset or at least change your Network Preferences, which somehow got confused upon upgrading to SL. -
when i click on safari to use the internet it says "safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet", but i am connected to a wifi network so how do i get safari to work?
you may be connected to the wireless network but the question is the internet working properly on the wireless network...
what i mean is that i can make a wireless network without the internet so i can save and share files and have other devices connected to the same network access them... but you have to make sure that your internet it running properly... may have to reconfigure the router is your using PPPOE or if it was working prior to your post then try to restart your modem... that usually resolves most issues. -

First thing you need I think is to get your iMac connected to the Internet.
Shut down your iMac and you iPad. Then power off your router. Wait 30 seconds and power up the router.
After the router indicates that it is connected to the Internet then start up your iMac and see if it connects. If the iMac connects to the Internet then your iPad should too.
If this power up sequence doesn't work you'll have to dig into the router setup to make sure it is working properly. -
I have reset my router multiple times, and I was connected to the internet just fine before. I have a booster and it was working great until yesterday when it said I was connected to the internet but everytime I tried to load safari it said I wasn't connected. It is working while I am using the hard-line, but I am wondering how to fix the Wi-Fi. I have also reset safari, cleared the cache, and recieved every update.
ThanksI too am experiencing an EXTREMELY slow connection to the internet when my PC comes out of sleep. When I check/troubleshoot the connection, I have all green lights, indicating I should be able to get on line, but it takes about 4 or 5 minutes before I can do so. It seems that this problem started shortly after the iCloud (or i Could as another poster said) was loaded. I know its not my ISP, because my wife, who works on an IBM machine gets right on, no problemo. Is there something going on with either the recent update or the i Could (use to be able) addition? Defective software?

Not very helpful but I have the same issue. Plugging in and doing the update via. iTunes will probably work but I find that whole experience annoying (downloading apps not on the Mac, etc..)

When I try to download the windows support software it is coming up with an error message saying I am not connected to the internet but having checked the network diagnostics several times I am definitely connected but it still won't work. Any ideas?
I get a problem like yours. I have a mac mini with 2 hdds the server and hd2 I installed windows 7 and the windows works fine. except it will not allow me to get on the net. I get error 651. I can boot back to lion and the internet connection works. I googled and error 651 does seem to show up. I would like a work around.

Have you restarted your computer after installing the additional content?
How many drummers do you see, when you select a patch for a Drummer Track?
