When I try to use TD Webbroker to open my Tax Documents in eServices they will not open and it hangs up my Firefox. I am using windows 7 and if I try the same procedure with Internet Explorer it will work. Any ideas?

Unless you're talking about the entire Mozilla Firefox folder (which isn't what the thing you copied says,) there is no installation folder.

Try clearing cache and cookies. Also consider what settings you have on any privacy or ad-blocking software. Blocking ad's may speed things up or it may conceivably block access.
If you have problems with only one site and only in Firefox, the problem is often outdated or corrupt files relating to that web page. I suggest you try the following.

Video does not play smoothly, if I view the same video with Internet Explorer it plays perfictly

With Firefox there is much hesitation even though the loading bar is far ahead of the viewing bar when playing. When I play the same streaming video with Internet Explorer it plays perfectly. This happens all the time on certain sites. I didn't always have this problem at these sites.

Not all video will have full hardware acceleration (stage video) enabled. Can you try the following link?

I just gave this a try with Chrome on my Macbook Pro (15", mid 2010) and Flash used between 8% - 25% cpu, the average being somewhere below 15%.

Whenever I right click on an image on a web page and select 'Save image as...', the filename always ends with '.jpg.jpeg' instead of '.jpg'. How do I stop Firefox doing this? It doesn't happen when I try the same thing with Internet Explorer

It hasn't done this since I first installed Firefox, only the last month or so.
I've tried running in Firefox safe mode with all extensions disabled but this makes no difference.

In that case you may need to look in the Windows registry with the registry editor (regedit.exe) to see if the problem is there. 
You can do a search (Ctrl+F) for jpg after navigating to the HKCR\MIME\Database key.

If home sharing isn't enabled on the Apple TV, you will need the aluminium remote that came with it to do so.

I have not been able to go to links when in Firefox. When I open the same page in Internet Explorer it works.

Since I upgraded to the latest Firefox a few days ago I have not been able to access certain links. When I switch to Internet Explore those link work.

You should have signed in with that address in the first place, but there is a workaround: go to System preferences>Mail, Contacts@ Calendars and add your @me.com address as an account there.

I cannot open PDF links in Firefox. However, I can open those same links with Internet Explorer. This failure has happened since downloading FF 4.0. What did that "upgrade" change so that these PDF links do not open?

I use TD Waterhouse Webbroker, which has links to PDF documents. These links have always opened - that is until I "upgraded" to the latest Firefox version (I think it's 4.0). Now those same PDFs do not open. I cross-checked with the arch enemy, Internet Explorer. Those same PDFs opened in Internet Explorer. So Firefox, what did you do in the latest "upgrade" that has altered the way the browser handles PDF files on Webbroker??

Hi tlaclair, when I click that link, here is what I see (observed using the Fiddler2 program, which intercepts web traffic between your browser and websites):
(1) The server at link.p0.com sets 1 cookie and redirects to http://t.mookie1.com/t/v1/event?migClientId=181&migAction=email-click&migSource=mig&migDest=http%3a%2f%2forder.dominos.com
(2) Firefox follows the redirect and the server at t.mookie1.com sets 3 cookies and redirects to http://order.dominos.com
(3) Firefox follows the redirect and the server at order.dominos.com redirects to a secure session ([https://order.dominos.com/])
These kinds of redirects are completely standard; if you set Firefox to warn you about redirects, then a bar usually appear below the address where you can click an Allow button to continue. You can check whether you have this feature turned on here:

If Firefox isn't blocking the redirect, it's possible that one of your add-ons is doing it. A standard diagnostic for interference by add-ons is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.

When i call my voicemail it calls the same guy in my contacts. Everytime. Any ideas or help?

So I recently got the LG G3 but the phone has nothing to do with it really. When I call my voicemail (speed dial or from contacts) it calls one of my friends in my contacts. It is the same guy everytime and it happened when I had my old phone too.

That is an odd thing to have happen. I can see where this would be concerning. It sounds as if there is an issue with the way the voicemail is routing. I will send you a Private Message so that I can gain access to the account so I can fix this. Please look for that. Thanks!

I attempt to open a second window from the icon but it does not open then when firefox is closed it will not reopen because it is still running in processes but no window displayed until you kill the process and then restart firefox.

I attempted to open a new window from the Firefox icon but nothing happens. I then went on browsing and closed Firefox but was later unable to open it. I checked processes and it was already running but there was no window displayed. I am running Windows 7 Professional.
This is repeated any time I already have the browser open and wish to open a second instance.
