I'm assuming you have updated to iTunes 5.0 or 5.0.1. This seems to be a fairly common problem. What seems to be happening is the old XML file. This file contains the songs and playlist informaiton and depending on which file iTunes is using, some of these objects could have been deleted or removed.
To fix this, you can try selecting File > Import in iTunes. Navigate to My Documents\My Music\iTunes and import the "iTunes Music Library.xml" file. NOTE: you may need to change the file type you are searching for at the bottom of the browse window. This file should be correct, but if it is not you can import other libraries from the My Documents\My Music\Previous iTunes Libraries and select the something.itl file. This may cause multiple copies of songs to display, to prevent that you should clean out your current library and playlists completely.

Iphone 5 got wet, now apple logo keeps blinking and phone is unresponsive. When I try to restore it I get error code 21 then on another computer I get error code 2006.

These errors typically occur when security software interferes with the restore and update process. FollowTroubleshooting security software issues to resolve this issue. In rare cases, these errors may be a hardware issue. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server. See iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > Mac OS X > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. If you have software used to perform unauthorized modifications to the iOS device, uninstall this software prior to editing the hosts file to prevent that software from automatically modifying the hosts file again on restart.

If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service.
If neither of those fix it, then it's toast. it will have to be replaced.

When I click on Time Machine I see all the dated pages (without an external storage drive connected), go back to a date where all my photo files are there, click "restore", and I get the message: "The Finder can't complete the operation because some data in file cant be read or written (error code - 36)"

I have never had issues with FCPX like this before and It still runs perfectly other than the fact that EVERY single option under the SHARE toolbar is frozen.
It gives me an error code from compressor saying that it coudnt be sent to it (Compressor 4). I tried re-installing it and deleteing the preferences. I tried to trash the preferences in FCPX, I tried deleting all the render files, I tried shutting down FCPX and re-opening it many times, I checked for any damaged video/audio, and NOTHING has worked. Where did this disk image come from? The application has no installer. It installs directly into the Applications folder from the App Store. Are you trying to run the application from the disk image?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Invalid sibling link may not be fixable by Disk Utility. (Disk Utility is very conservative, and will not attempt repairs that might cause you to lose data.)
It is an indication of serious Directory damage.
that leaves
a) third-party Utilities that will take those risks, or
b) re-initializing the drive (which deletes all your data) and restoring from another backup source.
c) "Copying off whatever files you can salvage" has gone by, and you cannot copy anything off a drive that will not mount. You may be able to use "rescue" programs such as prosoft engineering Data Rescue to copy files to another drive, but that sounds a lot better than its reality. You may get many files, but not get ANY filenames.
