When I turn my ipod on why does the screen stay blank and then turn itself off?

When I turn my ipod on the normal start up screen appears with the apple logo in the middle, but then after a few seconds the screen goes blank and it turns itself off. It was working fine the other day. I even charged it overnight to make sure that it wasnt because it was out of battery. I dont know what to do, it has over 600 songs on it and around 300 photos, I know that the memory isnt full because I checked the other day and it said I had around 1GB left. I cant do anything on at all because the screen just goes blank and then turns itself off. Please help, thank you

Well, I strongly suspect that a gig isn't quite enough "extra" storage to allow operation.
However, first, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

This issue is associated with your graphics driver not being compatible with PS' hardware acceleration. Updating the driver if possible would be advisable, otherwise turn off OpenGL drawing under Preferences --> Performance.

How can I prevent my previous login strings from showing when I starting typing. I'd rather the field stay blank and not start to fill in, based on previous entries.

Clear the Search and Form History, under Tools > Clear Recent History.
And, then turn off the Search and Form History so it won't save it anymore, in Tools > Options >> Privacy - select ''Use custom settings for history'', then un-select Search and Form History

My PB G4 Turns on and the HD Spins and the Start up sound comes on but the screen is blank and then a flash come on then goes out Please Help

My PB G4 is full charged and when i go to turn it on The HD spins but and the Start up sound Verifys that it came on but the is nothing on the screen untill a flash of white square like appers on the screen for about half a second. I don't Know whats wrong

Why does my screen go blank and only Adchoices advertising show up, all other content is gone?

I open firefox, go to pages that have scrollable content or open sub windows and all content dissapears and only an advertisement shows. I've done a virus scan, malware scan, updated java AND adobe. Still the same.

There is nothing to do because you need to plug it into a computer and connect to iTunes. If you don't have a computer then there is nothing you can do.
