You would have downloaded those apps with the wrong Apple ID then created a new Apple ID which is the on you are on now. This is acting as normal because all content downloaded from the iTunes and App Store is attached to the Apple ID it was downloaded with. To stop this you would delete the apps and redownload them with your current Apple ID you are signed in with.

That means that a Passcode was set for the iPad. You need the Passcode in order to unlock the device now. Even if you didn't set it or don't remember setting it, there is no way to retrieve it now. The only way to unlock the iPad is by restoring the device.
You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your iTunes content. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

If you're talking about an old iCloud ID, you have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Sometimes - and I stress sometimes - this can help. Sign out, restart your iPad and sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap your ID and sign out. Restart.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign into your account. Then try to update your apps.

This advice will sound like a joke or prank, but believe me it worked on my iPhone 5 and my daughter's. The lens mechanism got stock on each of our iPhones.
