When i type any letter on web search, earlier address appear. how to stop that?

when i open firefox there is an item on toolbar ie web search and before that there is some space in which one type any item to search on web. once that is finished and again when some other item is to be typed to search on web, we start with the first letter of that item or subject so to say. as soon as that that letter is typed, down below appears the the entire list of the items previously searched.how to stop appearing of earlier searched items?

You can do this by disabling form history.
# In the Tools menu select Options to open the Options dialog
# Select the Privacy panel
# Set "Firefox will" to "Use custom settings for history"
# De-select the setting "Remember search and form history"

The search bar is not designed to take you to names beginning with the letter you put in. If you want to do that, use the letters down the side. In the search bar, the device will return results for all contacts that have that have that letter in them. If you type a couple of letters of the name, you'll find what you want faster. Once you get used to how it works, it's quite efficient.

Use these steps to remove saved (form) data from a drop-down list:
#click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
#highlight an entry in the drop-down list with the mouse or cursor Down key do not click the mouse or press the Enter key
#press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to delete the highlighted entry

Please explain as I have the same issue - I never know what the receiver gets. I do know that sometimes I get a replied/forwarded email with my message embedded in it and it is huge - I have set my fonts at 14pt for typing. but how an i be sure my clients don't see this huge font?
If you have used Mail > Preferences to set your font at 14pt, that will normally leave the size of the font which your recipient sees up to his own software and settings. Your outgoing email body will not contain any info about font and size unless you have deliberately set them for that particular message in the New Message pane.
In the end, it is not always possible to dictate what your clients see. Their software usually gives them the capability, if they want to use it, to read emails in the font and font size they find most comfortable.

What is it that you want done exactly? Sometimes Mail just does not have the features people need. So they use Entourage or Thunderbird instead.

The missing Albums may be ones where the Artist is not listed as also being the Album Artist in the tag. Try going to Settings>Music and turn Group By Album Artist to Off. See if the missing albums now show in the Artist view. If so, you can either leave the setting this way, or if you prefer it to be on, go to iTunes on your computer and put the correct name in the Album Artist field of the tag (on the Info tab of the tab) for the albums in question and sync your phone.

You need to figure out what you have installed which changed that action to Yahoo from a blank tab, which is the default action in Firefox; and then get rid of that add-on. Then you can can install an add-on which allows you to select what you want in the new tab.

I have a similar issue with my Home Sharing. Everything plays just fine on my Apple TV except when I try to play a movie using Home Sharing. If I choose the same show or movie from the Purchased section of iTunes it works just fine but nothing ever loads for me on Home Sharing.

Firefox shows wrong clickable email address on yahoo mail sign in field when I type first letter. explorer gets it right.age

When I type the first letters into the sign in box on the Yahoo Mail sign in page via my latest edition Firefox browser, (on Windows Vista) my clickable Hotmail address shows in the drop down box instead of my Yahoo address, (Both begin with the same word.) so I then need to always type in my correct Yahoo address to sign in. Internet Explorer gets it right, making me think it's a browser issue.
I've tried the settings in Yahoo, and everything in Firefox Tools/Options I can think of. Thanks for any help!
