When I type documents in word they show black on the screen, black font is on but they print all in blue ink only. help
I am using word. I type in black font, it shows black on the monitor but prints only in blue ink. What is wrong?
You sure that the monitor isn't set to a color or darkness that doesn't make dark blue look like black?
I would force the text color with Microsoft Word to black or automatic, and see if it makes a difference. It should be obvious by the spectrum when you choose it what color it is using. If it is not on the complete dark end of the spectrum, it could be picking dark blue.

When i open a picture it opens at preview but "all my files" opens everything else with it , same happens with MS word when i open document every word document opens with it

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. In OS X, by default apps will open with any previously opened documents opening as well. To disable this feature, select "Close windows when quitting an application" from System Preferences > General. To learn more, see this article:

New iTunes on Mac doesn't allow me anymore to select all songs and 'Get info' to adjust the volume, like the old one. It says"your selection contains more than one type of media". They are all songs! Help please!

Not true. Select "Kind" as a sort category by right clicking the headings

If your Import Settings are for Apple Lossless, AIFF, AAC or whatever the majority of your files are, convert MP3s to that file type.
I've presently got 17,000+ files in my library, and they're ALL MP3 or M4B(Audiobooks). If they weren't when I got them, I converted them. Saves a LOT of hassels with just this type of situation. Besides I have two non Apple MP3 players that WON'T work with other file types besides MP3 so, EVERYTHING I have has to be MP3. -
my mac air died, after i reinstall from dvd drive, when i boot up again, i saw a prohibit sign showing up on the screen, then get to my logon screen. After logon, it takes very long time to load any application. pls help

When the disk is starting to die it can be bad for a moment and then be good for a while. If there was no problem while you were checking it of course it shows up good.
I tell you those are the signs of a disk that is about to die.

Does anybody know why my ipod touch 3rd generations screen does not show anything? The screen is all black constantly. Try using RecBoot to kick it out of recovery mode. If that does not work, try a manual install, as outlined in link below. If it STILL keeps entering recovery mode, you most likely need a new logic board.

Is it happening with all contacts or just one? It could be that you have an incorrect number or the number you're sending it to might not be able to receive incoming SMS -
