When i updated to ios 6.1.2 i cant find the notes app anymore

was the notes app replaced by something else i cant seem to find it.. it was that small yellow type icon which looked like a letter. but now cant see it. it was handy for taking fast notes.. but now its gone i have reinstalled my ios 3 times and its still not there. can anyone help thanks.

where is spotlight search ? have searched and the icon is just not there its not in a folder on iphone. its just missing.

Updated to iOS 5.1 and can't find the back up file it created

recently updated my ipod touch to iOS 5.1 and during the process it asked if I wanted to create a back up file. so i did and once the process was done my ipod was restored. no biggie figured I would restore the back up file right. Wrong when I go to restore a backup file it said the last back up was a year ago! is there any way to file the back up file that was supposedly created today?

It started to install, i'm not sure if it actually did or not, but it turned off and started loading like if it were a new ipod, or like when you install new software. then the screen went blank and it restarted. it says its completely dead now but if i click the home button it turns on but goes straight to a white screen.

I had they same problem, but with my iPad. Howeve, I think that most of us have upgraded to 5.0.1 with the patch file, which made us all have a worse battery drainage. I WILL TELL YOU HOW TO FIX IT
RESTORE THE WHOLE 5.0.1 firmware TOGETHER the 700+ MB. You will notice the major battery improvement.

Your WiFi/Bluetooth chip has failed. Bring the phone (and $199 if outside the warranty period) to Apple for replaceement.

I haven't updated yet. Apple's download servers have been too busy. Did you know you can update via wifi instead of connection to your computer?
