User troubleshooting steps as outlined in the manual include restart, reset, restore, restore as new. Have you tried any of these? Restart involves powering off your phone and powering back on. Reset involves the following procedure:
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Oh no, Robinbird18! This is not what we like to hear about your cell phone. It makes it pretty hard to have a conversation with someone when you can't hear them. If you make a phone call out are you able to have a conversation with someone without any issues? How long has this been going on? I need help. When I download the ios 3.1 software update to my first generation ipod touch, I click download and i says it will be done in 30 minutes dont disconnect ect... Usually when i download something my ipod flashes download and it shows the time left on the top of itunes. Nothing happens today and it just stays on the instructions page. When I'm restore my iphone 4 ios 6.1.3 itunes showed an error you iphone can not be restore at this time because the software update server is not contacted or temporary unavailable.
Probably because the phone was hacked to unlock it. The update has re-locked it. You'll have to contact the carrier it's locked to and see if they will unlock it for you.

The built-in apps on the iPad can only be updated via iOS updates, so if your iPad mini is on iOS 6.0.2 then its up-to-date -

Use Spotlight Search (the magnifying glass on the top right-hand corner of your menu bar) to locate your music files. Then point iTunes to those files.

Also when I upgrade does it have to be with a monthly membership or can I just purchase the product out right like you use to be able?You cannot "update" from what you have to any of the applications you mention. It will have to be a straight purchase or subscription at full price.
Photoshop is a professional level application that makes no apologies for its very long and steep learning curve.
Lightroom is all about volume, and very light editing.

When I upgraded to Windows 7 I was told to uninstall iTunes and its helper services. Now when I try to install it I get a message that says "the files I'm trying to install are not native to this program. Is this being blocked by Windows 7 security that I'm not used to. I'm not using the Windows firewall. How do I find what process is doing the blocking. Any ideas would sure help. Rex
I understand where you are coming from. I had the Ultimate Tier at one point, but I didn't watch alot of those channels so I downgraded.
Another problem with changing my tier back up to Ultimate is that I was told I would lose the discounts associated with the package I have now. The discounts won't transfer to the new package and they can't give me an equal amount of discounts with a new package. At least with the Sports Pass, it is an add on like HBO, so you can cancel at anytime with no penalties or changes to your plan.
Verizon does advertise the Sports Pass on its website. Here are the channels. The only ones I would be interested in would be beIN and ESPN Classic, since I will be losing that channel sometime in May since I only have the Extreme tier.

Go into the control panel. Add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then go out and redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again.
There seems to be a glitch with a recent update and one way to overcome it is to just start over. If that doesn't work there are more in depth things you can do. -

The 3GS was not sold as an unlocked phone in the US 2 years ago and AT&T did not offer unlocking then.
You bought a hacked phone. The Apple servers can detect the hack and have now disabled activation. Contact AT&T and find out if you qualify to have it unlocked or buy a new legitimately unlocked phone. -
