When I upload a "Various" folder into Vision:M. **please hel

. So i have folders on my computer that have different songs with different artists that i usually call "various" or just a certain "mix" but when i upload this folder into my vision M, it resorts it into various other folders under different artists and then it is very difficult to find those songs. is there a way to prevent this and make the songs stay in that folder where i can find it and play it in the order they were before the upload? thanks.
and 2. is there a way to "Cue" the next song to be played in the Vision:M, like you can in certain iRi'ver players? (without creating any playlists)

I received the FM transmitter in the mail along with the wall AC adapter (from Creative). I went into my car to test it. I plugged the adapter that came with the transmitter for the cigarette lighter thing to go in my FM transmitter. I then noticed that the sync adapter had a perfect opening just the same and thought that perhaps this could double up to power my player (since Creative ALSO sells a cigarette lighter adapter thing for the car). Once I?connected that, I noticed that it says "switching to a/v mode". Then the screen went out. I unplugged it. I can't remember whether or not the screen came back, but after unplugging everything (maybe 0 seconds later) I then took the mp3 player and tried to turn it on again normally. Didn't work whatsoever. Nothing worked. Didn't get recognized on my computer, didn't power up, didn't reset or go into recovery mode.... the only thing that it reacted to was when I eventually decided to connect it to my wall adapter, since at that point I considered that maybe it drained the battery or something (the battery was fully charged beforehand, though). It still lights up when plugged in. But aside from that, nothing works at all. I DO notice a distinct smell, but it's nowhere near as strong as it should be for something that got fried, and it almost does smell like a "new product in the factory" smell at the same time. There's not much else to say...
