the note says urgent! that I am not protected from online attacks, but Firefox 3.6.13 seems to be the latest version.

I have been using Firefox for about two years. For about a month now I have been unable to view any Google advertisements that run on YouTube pages alongside and under videos. This is important for my business. I would like to stay with Firefox, but this is only a problem when I use Firefox and is not a problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as I checked. I tried uninstalling Firefox and all plugs ins and add ons and then reinstalling it. This did not work. Firefox seems to be blocking the Google codes that enable the ads to run on the pages. I look forward to your help. Thank you.
CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

I can't seem to use the 'Check seats' link on the Delta Airlines site when I use Firefox but Safari works fine. I get the message 'not available at this time' when using Firefox but when I go to Safari it works fine. I love Firefox but this sucks!

I am using Firefox ver. 3.0.19 and I have Windows 7 which came with a new computer. When I use Firefox as a browser I cannot print my emails. I get an error message: "pcfax not availabe". If I use IE I have no problem printing the emails.

I am using saved passwords feature. The site in question is a common webmail site. I have more than one account for this site. Usernames and passwords for each account were stored in Firefox 'Remember Passwords' feature. I unintentionally deleted one entry from the dropdown list that is displayed when I go to the site's login page. Now, when I log in to this account, Firefox will not prompt to save the password. If I display my saved passwords list, there are entries for the other accounts on this site, but none for the user account in question. The Saved Passwords 'Exceptions' list is empty. How can I get Firefox to re-prompt to save the password for this user on this site? (Note: When I speak of 'user', I am not referring to user account on the PC or a specific Firefox user profile.)
I am using Avast free version. Today I removed the LAN cable out of the 24 port switching hub and plugged directly into the router port. Now the program runs fast when checking for emails. Looks like all the emails are showing up. I do have other computers plugged into the switching hub with no problems. The hub is brand new. My thinking is the cable connector might be to blame. I will try re-crimping the wires. As for now, things are running good. I will keep investigating. Thanks

I've done a separate search and found that other users are affected, but there doesn't seem to be a clear-cut solution ... (Norton, McAfee and Kaspersky don't seem to be able to detect/fix it).
I'd like to continue using the Firefox/Google combination (nb: the hijack virus also affects IE but not Safari) - do you have a patch/fix that could rectify the vulnerability in your software?

How do I set a specific page to open when I open a new tab in Firefox? I can open the page when initially opening Firefox, but not for subsequent tabs/pages.

Acrord32(acrobat reader) loads up for no reason when i use firefox 4.

i just started using firefox 4(new release) two days ago, i noticed it started to hang and freeze up, so i open up my windows task manager and saw that 2 files was running "AcroRd32.exe"(acrobat reader) , i'm using the most updated version of adobe, the older version of firefox "3.6.16" did not do this. The question is how do i stop "AcroRd32.exe" from starting up for no reason when i use firefox ?. i do not go to sites that have PDF's in themIE uses a different version of Flash (ActiveX) than other browsers use (Plugin version), you need to install the correct version of Flash for Firefox.

I'm getting strange files on my desktop when I use Firefox. They have no extensions, won't open, & can't be trashed. File names such as 0A75SC100 & 0CFSC100. When I restart my computer they disappear. There does not seem to be a correlation between a website and when these files appear.

These can safely be ignored as they are probably left over files from something you may have downloaded or only partially download or leftovers from a failed download. The same applies for data transfers
and their filenames are like dhdhdhdhdhd or sjakdshlj34338 and stuff, and when I open them, they are some of my other files I already have, but they appear for no reason. What causes this and how can I prevent this from happening.
Looking at the repitition of letters its more than likely that you are the cause – yes you! You may find it hard to believe but its more than possible that when you think you are typing something and nothing seems to be happening its because you have in fact accidently selected something on your desktop and typed there instead.
I know they are viruses because they loaded just fine
This must be a grammatical error as it does not make sense.
