When I wach a downloaded movie, it goes away every 10 minutes, what can I do to solve that ?

Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

It has downloaded into your download folder. Find it in your downloads and click on it to install itunes.

I recently rented a movie, it downloaded successfully, and it will not play. When I call up the movie, there is no play button, just what appears to be a stop button. How do I access this movie, or get a refund?

Why it's like that I don't think that Apple have said (these are user-to-user forums). If you haven't downloaded it on your iPad then have you checked to see if you can download it on your computer's iTunes (Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option) or Apple TV ?

Rented 2 movies last night but can't find them as downloaded to sync to my iPad. When I click on the movie again, it says "previosly rented." where can I find the link to download them?
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
When I click on download button, it goes right to the "thanks for downloading" splash page,and yet nothing has downloaded -- no download file box comes up, nothing.
I stupidly uninstalled the version of iTunes I had working on my notebook when the update kept failing and am now unable to get anything happening at all.I had probs with 7.2. Reloaded 7.1 works fine. I think 7.2 needs some more work before it will work for me.

So it would appear that HP has not provided Apple with a scanner driver for 10.9 (known as an ICA driver), or provided an update if one was available for a previous version of OS X, so that you can scan from Image Capture.
I checked the HP web site for your model and they don't show any scanner driver or scanning software. If there was a scanner driver, you would be able to use Vuescan.
As for the Scan button not working, the following is documented by HP
Scanning to the computer from the printer control panel is not available when you scan with Preview, Image Capture, or Printer browser methods. You must use HP Scan software to scan from the printer.
But there does not appear to be any version of HP Scan software available for 10.9. So unless someone else has some workaround, it seems that you won't be able to scan with this model of HP. -
In IOS7 none of my YouTube movies show up on my site build with iWeb and its YouTube widget. On an iPad running IOS6 the site still works fine, and all movies play well. What is going on,and what can I do to solve this problem ???
It's only Safari/iOS7. Chrome iOS7 works fine.

my trash bin has one item that refuses to be deleted. Under name, it says, 0. date; dec. 31, 1903. size; 0 kb. I have no idea where it came from. When I click, info. the info. window starts to appear, then goes away. Weird or what? Hope someone can help?

You do not need to involve Creative Cloud to install/try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network. -

Try force quiting the app. From the users guide:
