When i want download Firefox it won't find it. the system can not find a stock.

I did a few clean ups but now Firefox can not be installed on my laptop anymore. When i download it it wont find it anymore on my system.
Can you explain what it is.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

My Firefox crashes frequently, The system goes to the grayed screen and sits there until I try to close it, then it says "Firefox not responding" and I close the program. Do a clean (re)install:

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

The system can't find support team when support message create

Dear experts,
The system can't find support team when support message create.
It show the error that
"The action definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_SMDIAG has not been assigned a merging technology "
and "the action merging cannot be executed."
Did anyone know how to solve this problem?

Let me inform you that the action defination SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER is responsible for finding the right support team, this is valid if you make relevant settings by assigning partners in ib52 ti the ibase component.
The action log SLFN0001_ADVANCED_SMDIAG has nothing to do with support team determination.... This action is meant for Solman diagnositics.

Downloaded firefox to new windows 7 computer and system would not restart, windows repair deleted firefox to fix the problem

When in started my new windows 7 computer I loaded office and a couple of other programs that I wanted. I then tried to download firefox. When I restarted the computer the system startup failed and all the windows options to repair or open in safe mode failed. I reloaded windows 7 and didn't load any other software then tried to download firefox and the restart failed. However, windows repair did a fix and I was able to restart but noticed that windows had deleted firefox. What is going on and how do I get firefox to load without causing problems?

What likely happened is Windows did a System Restore, which removed Firefox and everything that had been installed after.
Try starting up Windows, install Firefox. Then Restart, then install everything else one at a time. If Windows fails to start up after one install, you know that's the problem.

This sounds like a possible permissions issue. Try these steps. Uninstall iTunes and all of it's components. Next, download the newest version of iTunes and save it to your desktop rather than selecting run. Right click on the installer package and run as administrator. When trying to download firefox, it states that "mounting failed." what can i do?

my initial firefox got put in the trash and unfortunately the trash was emptied. I tried to download a new firefox, but each time i do it states "mounting failed."

The last version of Firefox that works on OS X 10.3.9 is Firefox 2.0.0.20, available from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.20/mac/en-US/
You get the mounting failed error message if you try to use a more recent version of Firefox.

Authorized music purchased will not play says unauthorized to play and when you follow instructions to fix the issue says authorized...

If only a few songs on an album are doing that, that suggests the tracks are damaged.
