When I want to put a file in "Trash" it deletes it completely

I only noticed this recently but when I try to put a file in the "Trash " folder I get a message :
"The Item will be deleted immediately. You cannot undo this action"
I have not changed any settings AFAIK.
I would appreciate any help

1. Triple-click the line below to select it:
~/.Trash
2. Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Show Info
from the contextual menu. An Info dialog should open.
3. The dialog should show "You can read and write" in the Sharing & Permissions section. If that's not what it shows, click the padlock icon in the lower right corner of the window and enter your password when prompted. Use the plus- and minus-sign buttons to give yourself Read & Write access and "everyone" No Access. Delete any other entries in the access list.
4. In the General section, uncheck the box marked Locked if it's checked.
5. From the action menu (gear icon) at the bottom of the dialog, select Apply to enclosed items and confirm.
6. Close the Info window and test.

Why not just connect the PC directly to the TC by ethernet and copy the files over?
It is hugely faster and much less mucking around.
In windows load the airport utility for windows.. if you have not already as this will help you access the drive.

Try holding down the Command key and dragging the file well off the sidebar.

It should be an attachment. Your Mac just displays a preview of certain attachments (such as .pdfs) in the body of the message. A PC, for example, will see it as an attached file rather than a preview.
You can save the attachment on your Mac by Control-clicking on it and selecting Save Attachment.

My iphone 4s ios 7.0.2 had songs.I had put the songs through itunes. Now when i wanted to put more songs in my iphone through itunes, i pressed sync all songs and then itunes said that all songs are in my iphone now. But in my iphone it shows no songs.why

Before updating to the latest ios i had songs in my iphone. after updating also it was there, but when i wanted to put more songs through itunes in my iphone , i synced with itunes first with my iphone. Then i pressed sync all songs and then itunes said that all songs had been synced. But in my iphone it showed me that there is no songs at all and i have to download it from itunes store. The songs which i had also went from my iphone. I dont know what happened. I updated my itunes to the latest one 11.1.1. But still no change . Can anyone tell me what is the problem. What to do?

Change how it syncs by enabling Manually manage music and videos, then you can drag and drop the music that you want on your iPhone. Revert it back to test to see if that resolves the issue.

Installed AcrobatXI PRO 11.0.09 on seven computers and laptops. Two of them gives an error when you try to save a document in WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, or when exporting to... error: Save failed to process this document. No File was created.
But all good saves in the format of TXT and jpg.
I have uninstalled and restored and re-installed and updated and registry cleaned and removed using the special utility Cleaner Tool for Acrobat, but nothing helps.
On one notebook with Windows 8.1 and Microsoft office 2013, on another laptop with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010, the same problem, although there are computers with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010 and everything works.
Tell me where to find the problem and how to solve it.

How about swiping the massage you wish to delete? Do you get a delete button? Does it work?

I have tried reseting to factory settings by removing battery and holding down the power switch for more than 5 sec but this does nothing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I think with so much unwanted data on the desktop and other places the whole os will crash very soon.

The hard drive may be dying anyway, or the directory damaged because it is so full. You should never let the hard drive get over 85% full.
A -36 error is a read/write error.
All you did with the power is reset the SMC. Does nothing to reset everything to factory settings.
Do you have your original 10.4 installer discs for the MacBook?
Is your data backed up?

Finder forces to use password when I want to put document into trash. ML, MBP 2009.

today I have got strange situation. When I try tu put document, PDF, photo (whatever) into trash by move / pulling or right clik or in Finder by push trash icon appears information: "Finder wants to make changes. Enter your password in order to it to allow." After entering the password the document disappeared but wasn't in the basket !
I must enter the password for every document individually. I switched off a computer but didn't help. I searched Finder preferences but I found nothing.
I will be grateful for the help.
