How do I change the country setting of my iPad 3? When I want to see the top chart under podcasts, I get the Swedish top chart.

What kind of mail? gmail?

Apple limits iOS devices to three free iCloud accounts, & once that limit is reached on an iOS device you can no longer create a new account on that device. The solution is to create the account on a computer or another iOS device, then set that account up on your present iOS device.

Why does the graph cursor (snap mode) snap to unvisible curves? How can i change that?

I display several curves in one graph. To get a better overview the user can filter unwanted curves by setting the attibute to unvisible. There is one cursor switched on in the graph with the option "snap to plot". The user can move the cursor and read the coordinates and curvename. Unfortunately the cursor snaps also to the unvisible curves. How can I block that behaviour? The cursor should only jump on the visible curves.

The graph cursors can be locked to a particular plot or set to snap to
any plot/point on the screen. You cannot see invisible plots, and you
probably can't see black plots on a black background, but the graph
intentionally lets you place cursors there and other users wouldn't be
happy if it changed.
What we will likely add at some point is a way to truly show and hide a
plot. In the meantime, you can also just change w
hat is plotted.
Hidden plots can be removed, no points, and the cursors will not go there.

Unlike earlier versions, FF27.0.1 won't accept the root of a drive as default download dir. How do I change that?

I usually save downloads to the root of F:\ and have that set in my options. Since version 27.0.1 came along, Firefox ignores my setting and defaults to MyDocuments\Downloads.
Reverting to version 26 or earlier corrects the problem and my downloads go to F:\, but updating to 27.0.1 brings the problem back.
A workaround is to create a subdirectory and save to there, but I want to save in the root like I always did before version 27.0.1.
How can I make the current Firefox save downloads in the root of a stipulated drive?

When I save a download, the SAVE TO window is no longer alphabetical (ever since last update). Now the window shows files/folders in Last-Used order. How can I change that preference??

When prompted if I want to open or save a download, I choose SAVE and the usual window opens where I can choose a folder to save the download. After the last Firefox update, that SAVE window now displays all folders NOT in alphabetical order, but in Least Used to Most Recently Used order. Why??

We wonder if there is any luck your issue has been resolved, if you've found solution by yourself. We would appreciate it if you could share with us and we will mark it as answer.
I am supposing you have this issue when you try to save files every time not just in office. Since It is possibly that this issue caused by certain software installation, as arnavsharma mentioned that please check your issue under safe mode.
If this issue persists, try creating a new user account and check if the issue persists there.
If it works in a new user account then you need to fix the corrupt user profile. You may visit this link for the steps:

When looking at the iCloud account, the basic account info is correct, but under Advanced it has an old email address, how do I remove/udpate that?

Have you tried tapping on the given Email address, this should lead you to a page that lists other emails (aliases) from which you can choose one.
Or log into icloud.com with a computer browser, go to the mail page, click the cog wheel (upper right), and look at your account settings.

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

I believe the issue is with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the App. If you download an App that was purchased under a different Appple ID then all updates will also be linked to the original purchaser's Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the the same ID as your iTunes, iCloud, etc. Some folks use different ID for the different Apple sites. No need for that One ID for all Apple Sites, and if someone else buys an App using their ID and they(you) download that App onto your device and that App requires an update it will ask for the purchasers Apple ID. This happens a lot when folks sell their iPad or give it to someone else and leave some purchased(free) Apps on the iOS device. You cannot change the original ID the App was purchased under. A suggestion would be if someone else has an App that you like but do not want to pay for use their ID or in the future have them gift the App to you.

Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.
