The line
DataRow[] channelRows = ChannelsDs.Tables[0].Select(meterChannels);
is trying to filter the data table where the Column value of MeterID equals the values in Column MTR_T1, if you do not have the MTR_T1 column in the ChannelDS.Tables[0] you will get the error.

Then another window popped up saying that iTunes was installed incorrectly Error 7 (windows error 1114). Hope you can help.

Solved the issue without using the trash . I tried to consolidate the library in LACIE, then clicked on any exclamation-mark song and tried to locate the file. Repeating those steps 3 or 4 times cleared it up. That was confirmed when I synced the entire library on a iPod Classic, and showed up no problems after syncing the Nano.
What went wrong was perhaps to fail to consolidate the library at first .

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.
If it was hacked/jailbroken to unlock it, you can't get help here per the terms of service. It is most likely now bricked.

I am having this same problem. I took Kappy advice on restarting the Apple Mobile Device Service, however that did not work. I got this message in a pop up window that came up immediately.
Windows could not start the Apple Mobil Device Service on local computer.
Error 1053 The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
I have already uninstalled itunes, all the related programs and I cannot reinstall, this Apple Mobil Device message stops the install.

If you are having issues downloading and installing iTunes, or if your computer for some reason thinks you have already installed iTunes when you have not, you may want to try manually removing all of the associated iTunes files and reinstalling the application entirely from scratch. I have been messing with this and 4 other problems on this laptop for the last 32 hours. I'm getting tired and frustrated. Also, I haven't even put music on THIS Laptop because on my other one, I ended up with at least 5 copies of EACH SONG. Let's see 636 X 5 = 3,180 and they were in EVERY POSSIBLE LOCATION!!!

When I was trying to get icloud downloaded to my ipad I got an 1603 error. Then my ipad got the beginning hook up to itunes as you get when you first try your new ipad.
