When idoc failes for inbound sales orders then how to trigger a mail notifi

Hi All,
When idoc failes for inbound sales orders in SAP then i would like to send an email notificaiton to particular user id. Could you please let me know the settings for this requirement.

    To understand take HRMD_A04 as example. Root segment has Maximum 9999999999 defined.
    Segm.type       E1PLOGI

    This means that this IDOC types has capability to hold multiple HR Master data objects. PFAL program creates this IDOC and it has facility to mention the Objects per process, check selection screen.
    I checked for INVOICE01/02 its not possible there. Hope this clarifies.

  • Inbound IDoc used for updating Sales order status

    I have a requirements to set use standard IDoc to send out the Sales order to a non-SAP software as well as receiving Inbound IDoc to update the status of sales order in SAP. Could someone comment on my questions below:
    1. What are the difference between all the ORDERSxx Idoc types?
    2. What IDoc should be used for Inbound IDoc to update the sales order stataus in SAP?
    3. Can the same IDoc type be used for both Inbound and Outbound with only the difference in the segment of Direction?

      1.Intially  standard IDOC types "ORDERS01"  is having limited
          segments. After few months the requirement got increased to
          add more fields to "ORDERS01".So,once you release the IDOC
          type you can not add any more fields .So SAP come up
          with "ORDERS02" with new fields.Like that all IDocs types have
          some more new seg ments.
    2.You  can use ORDER05
    3. Yes you can use same IDOC type

    CRM Sales Order is being generated but Requested Delivery Date in Shipping Tab strip is not getting populated...

  • ATP check for inbound EDI order

    Hi Friends,
    When I am creating outbound sales order then ATP check is getting executed properly & multiple schedule lines are getting creating in IDOC also (depending on the avaibility of stock).
    But When I am trying to create the inbound sales order via EDI/IDOC there is no ATP check performed & multiple schedule lines are not getting created in sales order(as per the avaibility of stock which I am checkin thro So09 tcode).
    ANy1 has faced smilier problem in past. If yes then please let me know how to solve this problem of ATP check.

    HI Frndz,
    problem is solved by using following customizing settings
    Customizing:
    SD/function/requirement availability/availability check/default (OVZJ)
    Change the field "Rule availability" to the required value. You receive a list of the possible values using the possible entries pushbutton. Rescheduling is regarded as background processing. If you want to allow partial deliveries, choose the value 'E'.

  • MTO - how to prevent a second planned order for a sales order?

    Dear friends,
    We are working on Make to Order process (Planning strategy group 20).
    No Production/process order is used
    Shop floor uses a different system --> details from planned order is passed to the shop floor system; and finished product is delivered/posted into SAP Sales order stock - through interfaces
    No QM in place
    A typical day-to-day scenario –
    Sales order Qty = 100
    MRP Run à Planned order qty = 100
    Raw materials posted to ‘Sales order stock’
    Planned order is firmed
    For example if Produced qty = 90
    sales order stock of the finished product = 90
    Balance 10 cannot be produced / delivered for various reasons
    Planner posts the raw material to cost center / rejections / own stock etc., and ensures that the ‘sales order stock’ of the raw materials are zero.
    Planner deletes the planned order
    Next MRP run triggers a new planned order for the balance qty 10
    Now, the requirement is to prevent the new planned order getting generated for the balance quantity, during the subsequent MRP run (despite the shortage in the Sales order stock of the finished product).
    The following options have been evaluated –
    Once the final good receipt is done & before deleting the planned order,
    o       Change the Sales order quantity to match the total produced quantity
    o       (or) Change the schedule line category for the Sales order item from CP to CN
    §         Since the Sales order and planned order are handled by different teams, considering the frequency of correspondence/coordination needed between these two teams to get the sales order items corrected, this idea is not accepted
    §         Additional authorization for the planner to change the sales order item is not acceptable
    Include Under delivery / Unlimited tolerances
    o       at the customer (master) level
    o       (or) Sales order level…
    §         In this case, System seems to consider the tolerances only when the  delivery for the Sales order is posted; and not when the sales order stock is received within the tolerance limits;
    §         Considering the time gap between the GR and Delivery of the finished product, this option is not accepted
    Kindly suggest the other options / settings / processes, to meet this requirement

    I am trying to create an inbound idoc for sales order ' VA01'. I need to populate WBS element in the item level under Account Assignment Tab. I am using ORDERS05 basic type. Please help to find which segment to use for WBS element. Waiting for your reply. Please help.

    Hello,
            As far as I know, there is no Segment / Field definition in ORDERS05 for WBS Element as it is not mandatory information to be filled in order for the Sales Order to be Complete. So, you need to create an Extension of the IDoc Type ORDERS05. For your requirement, here is the Approach I have.
    1. Create an extension for IDoc Type ORDERS05 to ZORDER05 with a Custom Segment Z1EDP01 in which you'll have the Custom Field Name VBAP-PS_PSP_PNR which is the WBS Element field in VBAP Table.
    2. Now, use the Customer Exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001 in the Enhancement VEDA0001 in which you can actually populate the Field WBS Element that would be already available in the Inbound IDoc to store it in a Work Area. As you are aware, you'll need to create a Project in CMOD for the same.
    3. Export the same to some MEMORY ID 'XXX'.
    4. Come back to the Selection Program for ORDER05 which is IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS in which you'll find the below CASE Statement.
        CASE xaprau.
              WHEN ' '.
                PERFORM call_va01_new_orders USING ok.
              WHEN 'Q'.
    Aufruf Transaktion Auftragerfassung VA01 mit Bezug auf Angebot
    call transaction Order Entry VA01 with refer to quote number.
                PERFORM call_va01_new_orders_angbt USING ok.
              WHEN 'C'.
    Aufruf Transaktion Auftragerfassung VA01 mit Bezug auf Kontrakt

    5. Now, since our Standard Order Type (VBAK-VBTYP) is 'C',
        we'll have to choose the Subroutine for the 'C' Option.
    6. In this Subroutine, there is another Subroutine va01_dynpro_kopf_kaufmann_kde2 which is for populating Custom Dynpro Fields for the Sales Order. So, we need to choose the same Subroutine inside which we have to Create an Enhancement Implementation.
    7. In this Enhancement Implementation (Implicit), we have to IMPORT the value of the WBS Element which was exported in the Customer Exit.
    8. Check if it is initial. If it is not, then Call the Perform as below.
         IF NOT WA_Z1EDP01 IS INITIAL. "Checking if the Segment
                                                           " is Empty
       PERFORM DYNPRO_SETZEN USING 'COBL-PS_POSID' WA_Z1EDP01-ZZWBSELEMENT.
    ENDIF.
    9. Since the Sales Orders are posting using BDC here, by calling the above Subroutine DYNPRO_xxx, we are appending our Custom Segment / Field value to the BDC_DATA table.
    10. In Step 8, I've given the Notation for Work Area. It will also be applicable when there are multiple Line Items. All you have to do is to EXPORT an Internal Table instead of Work Area and use the same here for each Line Item.
    11. I've given you above procedure because I've worked on similar requirement in which I had to populate the Special Processing Indicator instead of WBS Element.

  • Problem when setting Reason of Rejection for a sales order using IDOC

    Hi All,
          I am working on a requirement where i need to put a reason for rejection as 'Item Cancelled' for a sales order via IDOC 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDCHG' in a third party scenerio where the PR is created automatically from the sales order . When the IDOC is run in the foreground I get the information message Subsequent function  " 'Purchase requisition from sales document' not possible Item & was rejected "(Message V1579) and the IDOC results in a error when run  in the background mode because of the same information message. The message should not appear when a sales order is being processed in the background but still the message is being displayed . Is there any way the message can be suppressed ? Thanks in Advance.

    When it comes to SAP, the Net price for PRICE condition type, getting an error message

    Diagnosis
    Your entry does not match the specified input format.
    System Response
    The entry in this field was rejected.
    I already checked my User settings everything is ok. When I am manually putting it like 122.32 its working but when its came by file thru inbound interface I am getting the above error.
    The Net price field is KOMV-KBETR.
    Please help me out.

  • Creating inbound Sales Orders IDOC within SAP

    Hi,
    I receive a flat file containing sales order information. I would like to create inbound Sales Order IDOCs from this flat file. I know I can use BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create sales orders however I would like to retain the benefits of IDOCs e.g. error retention and re-processing.
    There are a number of functions MASTERIDOC_CREATE* to create various IDOCs but I can't seem to find one for message type ORDERS. I know I can create a 'Z' version but would like to avoid that as much as possible as development budget is tight.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated in the form of reward points.

    I have a scenario where I have to create the Sales Order and purchase order. Important thing is after successful creation of Sales Order then only purchase order needs to be created.
    Is it possible to achieve the above thing in XI using Idocs..Should I need to go for BAPI's.

    You have to use BPM for this.

    If you know the BAPI's then you can avoide BPM because in that case you can go for inbound proxy and inside the proxy code you can make sure the creation of SO & PO in desired order. You can also do the error handling very efficiently in R3 in comparison to XI.

  • Create directly an IDOC for a sales orders

    HI,
    I would like to know if it exists a program to create an output IDOC for a sales order directly as does the program
    RBDSEMAT for materail / product.
    With RBDSEMAT we give the product's numeber the message type and the logical system.
    Of course before was customizing all the ALE flow.
    But for sales orders (VA02 / VA01) I don't find any program which allow us to have the same function.
    Does this program / function exist? I want juste to give the sales order number  the logical system and the message type.

    Funtion Module IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP is used by standard SAP when output determination is used. I think you can populate the control record and use this function module directly. This will return the IDoc data, but the IDoc will not exist on the Database.

    I'm unsure whether this will help you or not. In VOV7, choose your It Cat, in detailed screen of It Cat settings there's a checkbox with "Business data" when not checked which will allow you to change Data at Item level.
