When in Netflix watching a movie it keeps throwing me back saying Netflix is not available, I need help

in apple TV ,when watching a movie , everything is wonderful for about 1/2 hour, then it suddenly quits saying Netflix is not available . However it is available because I can go right back in and return to the movie only to get bounced again.

Netflix claims they are aware of the issue and that the problem was on Apple's end. I recieived the standard, "we're working with Apple to resolve this issue," answer.

No, you cannot seperate the audio and video stream.
You can use optical audio to a sound system (I use sony sound bar) and play the audio via that.

Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.

For other people that view this discussion, after a couple of days of trying things and then viewing a couple of other discussions, what worked for me was uninstalling my Silverlight and then reinstalling it. You have 30 days from when you download it, but when you then start watching it you have 48 hours (24 if your account is US based) to finish watching it before it expires.

I would try using another cable you can likely borrow one to test from somebody
if it's the same then likely the connector in your iphone have been damaged
