WHEN IN THE WORLD WILL ADOBE ADDRESS FOLDER SHARING ON CLOUD????????????????

My company holds a team license and we cannot share folders. When will this be addressed as oppose to working on behance and other add-ons when will the fundamentals be addressed?

We had the same issue with a catalogue client. We found a very simple and cost effective solution. Our Internet provider http://www.forttechnology.ca/ and Shawn setup OwnCloud for us. We have 1TB of storage and folder sync, we can provide access to all of the page files to the client with out having to pay for seats on a team.
We returned all of our CC for Teams to Adobe with refunds through our credit card company with a "failure to provide" clause the credit card company took care of Adobe's BS of paying 6 month bail out fees. We had to apply for single user accounts because Adobe can't down grade accounts from "team" to "single" user accounts. We saved enough money doing this that the reduction in price from Team to Single accounts it paid for the the OwnCloud Shawn setup for us and we still have a little left over for a case of beer every month, thanks for screwing up Adobe we would have kept paying for no service if it wasn't for Shawn at Fort Technology.
You don't have to wait for Adobe, the software is good and works well with third party cloud services, Adobe has a lot of growing up before they will ever get into the Cloud technology.
Don't let Adobe rob you, Adobe stealing for their own customer base and it will catch up with them sooner or later.

How to change annotation's appearance when printing the annotation under Adobe Reader?

I'm developping a plugin under SDK 7.0 for Adobe Reader . I have two problems.
1)I will change annotation's appearance when printing the annotation. How to do under Adobe Reader?
Uunder Adobe Arobat,I use PDRegisterAnnotHandler to register GetPrintAppearance,but PDRegisterAnnotHandler does not work under Adobe Reader.
2)Under Adobe Reader ,app.execMenuItem doesnt work.How to execute menuItem using JavaScript under Adobe Reader?

app.execMenuItem most certainly does work with Reader - what problems are you running into trying to use it?
As for developing Reader plug-ins - yes, some of the SDK methods aren't available to Reader. If you want to change the appearance of an annotation in Reader, you would need to acquire the Cos object of that annotation and modify its appearance dictionary manually.

When typing the cursor will stop typing and you willhaveto click again where you stopped and start over

When in a program (IE 11 or Word, Outlook, etc..) my User will begin typing. After a few characters the system will just stop accepting the typing. The User will have to Click in to the field to get the cursor back to the correct point & begin typing
from that point.
This seems to happen very frequently for all my users. We recently deployed new PCs with Win 7 32-byte on them to everyone. Has anyone seen this happen and have any remedy for it?
I have replaced the keyboard thinking that is the issue but upon further research I am leaning more toward it being a Windows 7 issue.

This issue may be caused by the below reasons:
The mouse. The cursor missing from the current page may be caused by the mouse lost its focus point, this may because of the mouse itself or some other elements(Mouse pads and mouse drivers) which may affect
the function of the mouse. If laptops, please try to disable touch board.
Other applications. Please check if there are any applications(Usually some virus or scripts) running automatically when typing, some applications may call the cursor out when it starts.
Network connection. If you use the wireless network, please make sure the connection is well configured on the client side, check WLAN NICs and the driver.
The printer driver. In addition to this, please also verify the PC have all the other drivers up-to-date.
Please take a health check and update the anti-virus databases, if possible try a clean boot , also change a mouse and check the other aspects and see if the problem still exists.

Newest Mac Pro does NOT work with CC14 - Will Adobe address this or not?

I have a Mac Pro late 2013 - the "trash can" - and when I tried installing Premiere CC14, it crashed multiple times before even completing the program's initial bootup. I had to install CS6 just to get operable, though this does not help me open the CC14 projects I have inherited. I have a colleague who uses a $1.5K laptop, and it works logarithmically faster and better with CC14 than my $4K new Mac Pro. I have all the Adobe permissions set to "Read/Write" and it shows absolutely no speed improvements over a much less expensive iMac. The CUDA feature is worthless unless Adobe develops a way for it to take advantage of the hardware configuration of the Mac Pro... And I'm having a hard time finding anything resembling an official statement suggesting this is anywhere close to a reality. I have many After Effects plug ins, and while yes: They are 3rd party plug ins, these are not just electives - They are part of my arsenal that my loyal clients have come to expect.
For 15 years I have used After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, all 15 of them on a Mac. In all that time I have NEVER experienced this kind of vagueness, finger pointing, and dodgy avoidance. There seems to be an allergy to making an announcement that anything resembling a coordinated effort is going to happen.
Why would I buy "the fastest" Mac if Adobe didn't work with it? MAC STORE staff didn't seem to think this was going to be an issue... Yet I can't find any official date as to when CC14 is projected to work with AMD architecture.
I'm feeling a lot like I did when Mac juked us with FCP-7 to FCP-X "upgrade.' Et tu, Adobe?

CUDA isn't available on the new Mac Pro. OpenCL is. If you have the CUDA preference panel installed due to another piece of software putting it there, you're better served by deleting it. It's not going to help you at all on the new Mac. It may, in fact, cause problems.
Pr CC2014 works fine with OpenCL on the new Mac. Ae doesn't, but Adobe has never said Ae does or would. Anything you do in Ae is going to be CPU-bound. If Pr is crashing, then it likely means you have something else on your system that's mucking things up. Did you recover your user directory with something like Time Machine when you installed your new Mac? Was your user directory originally on some other Mac? What happens if you create an entirely new user from scratch, without restoring the home directory, and then try to kick Pr into gear? Does it run?
Provide some details and perhaps someone can help.

Can I choose the optical drive when durning the contents of a burn folder?

I just purchased an external optical drive for my Mac and I want to use it to burn contents from a burn folder. The problem is, each time I click the burn button, the OS still looks for a disc in the Mac's built in optical drive. I've tried to look for an option that will allow me to change this, but there seems to be none. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm no expert, and it is not clear at what stage you are in your attempt to burn to your external drive. If you have not yet created a burn folder, open finder, go to the file menu, and you will find an option to create a burn folder. It will appear on your desktop .Once you have dropped whichever files you want into the burn folder, right click on it, and you will be asked to which disk you wish to burn it. From there you can install the folder onto your external drive.Good luck.

Ive been waiting almost a year for a better firmware for my zen touch. EAX controls and a bunch of others thing were being rummored around. Anyone know when if there is a new version comeiing out soon?

No way to know. Usually Pre-Orders come up at least a Month in advance of actual release. When you Pre-Order something its with the expectation that you are not getting it immediately. or even very soon after purchase.

Font Rendering: Apple vs. the World, Including Adobe

So I created a graphic in Pages, and it looks good. Cept the picture that is part of the graphic is a tad grainy on PNG capture: the result image. So I fired up Photoshop and recreated it there. The image on PNG capture looks better: Photoshop is really about bitmap graphics, so the picture is more clear and accurate.
However, the text that is overlayed on the graphic does not look as good, neither do any of the icons. It's Arial Black, and the text as it looks on the Pages graphic that I created looks better in the PNG compared to what is pumping out of Photoshop. I also tried Illustrator, a vector based program. Same problem. The text doesn't look as good. Apple's Arial Black is tighter, thicker, juicier, cleaner, smoother, etc.
I say Apple's Arial Black because I can't figure out any other reason why the text is coming out of Pages differently than Adobe's wares. Check out the screen grabs (I have stripped out the high res photo: just interested in the text here):

I believe this is the result of sub-pixel antialiasing (SPAA), which optimizes text appearance on laptops. Illustrator's rasterizing doesn't SPAA, which is fine for most CRTs, print, and LCD displays that might be rotated.
It's more a case of the OS being savvy enough to tell what kind of display you have and antialias appropriately. Illustrator's rendering engine does need to support SPAA.

You can only use the Message app on an iOS device to Message other users with the Messages app.
There are third-party apps like Text+ that can send text messages to all phones. Usually the their phone carriers charge by the text message.
However, sometime if both devices have the same texting app, the texting is free except for the data charge for the phone.

Error Code 201 and 213 when trying to install any Adobe application / Update my Creative Cloud Desktop App. Have tried troubleshooting with Online Chat Agents, no luck.

I have been trying for 2 days now to get this resolved.
Computer hashard wired internet connection, running Windows 7 Home Premium. No other issues with downloading or uploading from any other sites or programs. No other network issues reported on other computers.
It started when I went to install Lightroom through my Creative Cloud. It prompted me to update my Creative Cloud Desktop App, which I went to do and then promptly got Error Code 201. I restarted my Creative Cloud and then skipped the update, hoping it was just an issue with that specific download. I clicked to install Lightroom and the same thing happened, Error code 201.
I restarted my machine, and tried again. Same issue.
I contacted Support. They had me go in and change a bunch of folder names to and add "old" to the end of them and then had me try using the Adobe Cleaner tool, which did not work. He had me go in and change some internet settings, still nothing. Same issues as before, only now with all the renaming of things I cannot even open programs I had previously been able to open like Photoshop.
He instructed me to reinstall the CC Desktop App because the Cleaner tool was not recognizing that it existed anymore (probably something to do with renaming files.. just saying) and now I get the 201 Error when I try to reinstall the CC Desktop App.
I ran out of time and had to stop after being on with them for over an hour.
Today I contact back and was instructed to create a new user account on my computer and try downloading and installing the application in the new user. Same errors. 213 at first, restarted my computer and then got Error Code 201 again.
I am getting really frustrated and really behind on my work. Any information someone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Currently waiting for a chat person to be available again.

Error 213 indicates there was problem locating the update or an incorrect URL. The troubleshooting steps are still the same as both errors are related to failure of the current network connection.

When will tv shows be available to the rest of the world?

i'm living in ireland and i want to know how to download american tv shows? its really stupid that it only seems to be available in america. does anyone know when the rest of the world will be able to buy and download this stuff?

Apple can only sell what the TV companies allow them to sell. If they only allow them to sell their programs in the US, then there's not a lot we (or indeed, Apple) can do about it.
For instance, Lost is shown on RTÉ, so they will have an exclusive right to show the program in the Republic of Ireland (or at the very least, the right to show it first). What happens then if iTunes start offering the program at the same time? All these contractual problems have to be sorted out.
We're not allowed to speculate about future Apple products here, but I think it's a matter of public record that Apple are actively pursuing international rights for the TV shows in the ITMS. Apple would love to sell you TV shows, and they will whenever they are allowed to do so.
