When Installing I get a wierd Error...

Well apparently it's part of the installation process to remove all older versions, which I don't have. I used to have iTunes+Quicktime on this computer a long time ago and I was recently trying to reinstall them so I can songs onto my iPod from this computer but during the installation process it keeps failing when it tries to remove the older versions(apparently there were errors that occurred in both iTunes and Quicktime when I uninstalled them so now it can't remove the previous versions and it can't install the new versions.
What can I do to fix this? Add/Remove programs wont remove iTunes or Quicktime because it says it cannot find the proper file location of the uninstaller, the installation can't remove the previous versions, and windows installer cleanup doesn't do anything...What can I do?

I am not absolutely clear if you have already uninstalled the old programs, but here is a method for full removal with Installer Clean up.

Download a fresh copy of iTunes and the stand alone version of Quicktime (the one without iTunes)

Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program. The installer doesn't give any message to confirm the installation.

Now use the following method to remove iTunes and its components:

*If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry*, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.
When you get to deleting Quicktime files in the system32 folder as advised in the method, you can delete any file or folder with Quicktime in the name.
Restart your PC.
Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.
If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did not uninstall, look out for blank entries or numeric entries that look like version numbers e.g. 7.x for Quicktime or 1.x for Bonjour.
restart your PC
Install the stand alone Quicktime and check that it works.
If it does, install iTunes.

I changed my wireless broadband to a landline-base DSL wifi and it works like a charm. Sun was the culprit even you fiddle with its router and disable firewall, it won't work.

I am using a copy of a previous download of Acrobat XI, clicking the .dmg and then on the install package.
Originally, the Acrobat software was brought into the new computer by the Migration Assistant.

Try to clear your CACHE and COOKIES on your internet.

I was not aware that the Administrator account was active on Win 8.1. On Win 7 it is inactive and has to be activated to use. For activation on Win 7 I always have to look it up on the web. There are just a few steps needed, but you may indeed have the Administrator account active. For the TEMP folder, you can simply empty it (often some files do not like to delete). The cleanup can be done with various software like CCleaner. You can also just go to the Windows\TEMP folder (I think this works in Win 8.1) and delete the files and folders found there (C:\Windows\Temp). Sometimes there is a temp folder under your user account that may be used for such files and that one could be cleaned too (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp). I am not sure which one Adobe uses. The issue with the temp folders is that they are limited in size as I understand it. It may be someone else has a better suggestion, but if the administrator and anti-virus suggestions did not help, this is my next recommendation.

I wanted editing a photo from lightroom to elements but lightroom did not open elements. Your site said first to reinstall Elements before to try more comlicated things. Adobe suggested to download ASA program but only to tell us that it does more exist !!! After that they suggested to try to find MANUALLY the dailies failure reports !!! It is impossible to understand those reports

Rename in OLDOOBE
Stop antivirus
Restart windows
Copy directory of the DVD Adobe PSE 11 to c\ ord\:nameit ADOBE\
Open file
Click right to setup.exe
Buzinga.
It is the worst software I ever had to deal whit.

Trying to reinstall some software that used to work & no I receive the following error: “Spyder3Pro_Installer” because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. This happened on another application I was attempting to install as well.

Thank you for the reply, but I was able to fix it. I'm sorry, I guess I didn't explain it well. The apps were not for a powerpc & the mac is an intel. For some reason the apps thought it was a ppc, so I'm not sure what happened. I had Mountain Lion installed & the apps were working fine until the crash. Just trying to put everything back & I get this error. There is another app that I get the same error on, but not sure if the fix will be that easy.

From your question, you appear to be working with Premiere Elements 12. On what computer operating system are you running Premiere Elements 12, and have you updated from 12 to 12.1 yet. Please see the opened project's Help Menu/Update.
When you say share a video with Adobe Revel, are you referring specifically to taking your Premiere Elements 12 Timeline content through its Publish+Share/Private Web Album export choice or to some aspects of Adobe Revel in the Elements Organizer 12 that comes with Premiere Elements 12?
