When is BT Infinity not BT Infinity?

First of all sorry this is a rant but I can't speak to anyone at BT until the morning and I need to vent. Some of this has been posted elsewhere but recently I arranged via the mods here to upgrade my BT Infinity to Totaly Unlimited to lift the P2P restrictions, this was supposed to go through on the 25th July. However during the day my broadband went down and after a number of calls it was blamed on the thunder storms and work was needed to be done at the exchange and was not expected to be fixed until today. Leaving me without broadband or BT Vision for 2 weeks.
So, I ask my wife to check the internet during the morning but by lunchtime it still wasn't working. She had to leave for work but I called BT and arranged for someone to call me back when I got home after 6pm to go through what ever checks they needed to do. I got a call at about 8:30 this evening and we started to go through the checks restarting the hub etc. I then asked if I needed to do anything with the Openreach modem, you shouldn't have one I was told by the polite indian helpdesk operator. I explained I needed it for Infinity but was told that I didn't have Infinity, so after swaping a few wires I had regular copper based broadband. It appears that my recontract was incorrectly activated any my account was somehow downgraded (dispite MyBT still indicating I have Infinity Option 2). By this time it was too late to speak to anyone who can get this sorted and I face a few more days trying to get Infinity back again.
When is BT Infinity not BT Infiity? When BT conspire to downgrade you to copper without any reason.

Dean has been recieving regular emails from me (including last night) as he dealt with the initial issue so the mods are already aware. However I have been on the phone all morning now trying to get BT to provide me with a tempoary solution to view/record BT sport until my Infinity connection returns, at the moment it's a case of computer says no but I'm on my last try now.
I've calmed slightly now I think BT weer lucky that most of their teams close at 8pm as I wouldn't have been so carm last night.

If the SIM is out of your phone, find my phone needs a data connection, so could use wifi - IF in range of a wifi and one that it can join (ie. a known network or one that is wholly open so no login required). Your phone could also simple be turned off, so not findable, or it may have been restored (plugged into iTunes and restored as new) again, making it permanently unfindable. Honestly, for someone stealing an iPhone, this is likely the first thing they do - restore as new and it is theirs forever.
Find my iPhone is tied to the users iCloud account - the find function is part of the iCloud account's services and it communicates with the iCloud servers over a data connection - either wifi or 3G.
Have you set up your iCloud account on your replacement phone, and is it working properly on that phone?

Might I suggest a password reset?
Maybe you can click on the Reset Password link instead of trying to log in at appleid.apple.com.

Error for open process order when BOM alternative is not found

Dear colleagues,
When I open process order. BOM alternative is selected according to the production version. But when BOM alternative is not found system gives only information message and I can open process order, I want to prevent open process order when there is no BOM alternative according to the production version. Because the Bom can be deleted after creation production version.

U need to use an enhancement at the creation of order to check the active status of the bom and restricting the order creation when BOM status is inactive.

You music etc should not be affected by problems with the iTunes program, nevertheless it is always a good idea to backup your data.
You haven't said if there was any error message when you tried to start iTunes. If there was one please give it in full.
Also check to see if QuickTime works, iTunes can not work without it. If QuickTime doesn't work, it has to be fixed before worrying about iTunes.
Then restart your PC and open your Task manger and select the Processes tab.
Try to start iTunes, does iTunes.exe appear on the processes tab? If so does it disappear again or remain although the programs does not open?

If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

Ipod touch 1G (3.1.3): notes problems+disconnects when i check 'sync notes'

Hi everyone, I got this ipod touch 1G and recently upgraded it to the 3.1.3 firmware. Lovely update to the clock and the calculator, but it screwed my notes!
First thing i noticed was that I couldn't open many of my notes; it returns to the home screen when u tap on a note. The notes that could open, opened up to the wrong note! (select note A: note B opens up!)
second thing i noticed was that I could no longer WRITE any notes. This is a major problem for me. New notes just don't get written and i am ejected to the home screen again.
3rd thing: cannot delete existing notes.
4th when i check 'sync notes' in itunes(9.0.8), it just refuses to sync when it reaches notes, saying that "itunes could not sync notes to the ipod because the ipod disconnected"
Have tried:
Restarting itunes +doing hard restart on ipod touch. <fixed the sync notes option unchecking itself.
Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!
