    It means that iPhoto can't find the file.
    - What version of iPhoto.
    - What version of the Operating System.
    - History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
    - What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
    - Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?

    Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA when Creative Cloud would be available in Colombia. I know we are working to make it available in more locations over time but don't have any kind of timeline or info about specific countries. For Muse we do have subscriptions for by itself already, so hopefully when Creative Cloud is available for you Muse would be too.

    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.

    I updated my RAM to 4gb in summer 2012.  It showed as it being 4gb until a couple months ago when it showed as 2 gb.
    What's the problem?

    It should be quite easy to apply more pressure on the RAM chips. If they are seated properly and still not showing correctly, you could swap the RAM chips to the opposite slots to determine if it is a RAM chip or slot issue. Apple 'How-To" instructions Here

  • When reinstalling creative cloud and adobe products i only get the ''try'' button.

    Hi i have a problem in my creative cloud. About 3 months ago i purchased the creative cloud collection and 4 days ago i reinstalled windows so my pc would be faster again but when i wanted to reinstall my creative cloud products it gives me only the ''try'' option. I cannot install the lincensed product which i have paid for and when i try to re-redeem the activation code it say it has already been redeemed.
    Does this mean i have lost CC and have to purchase it again? i sure would be upset then.

    I travel a lot. And I want to make sure that my Creative Cloud membership will be active across the globe.
    So here's a question: when i purchase membership in one country, will I  be able to use my creative cloud and
    all of its applications in other countries?
    For example, if I were purchased it in Ukraine, would it be available to me in Israel?

    I think concerning global availability it's more about the markets/countries Adobe has currently entered and presently offer the "Sale" of creative cloud. As far as usability past the "sale", once you own the software all you should need is an internet connection for the subscription service to periodically verify your status under the required duration based upon your terms.
