When is icloud and garageband works as i should?

I just uploded my garageband on ipad 2 to icloud so i could edit it or listen into ipad 1 or ipod touch, now ican even get it to work in ipad 2. , they are listed in icloud, but imposible to have my songs back, hey apple, you should consider others work, we want our songs back, do i have to say please 1000 times to have you resolve these annoying problem?

Apple has severe issues with their servers. What you experience is harmless compared to us iwork for ios users : the cloud randomly deletes all of our created documents.. Lost, forever, gone , zeroed out. Hours of research,typing, editing data = poof in the cloud.
"documents in the cloud" = It is a joke. but a bad one.

the iCloud webserver wont accept my password for a .mac login, nor will it allow me to change it
See if you can change your password > Apple - My Apple ID
If that doesn't help, launch iTunes on your computer.
From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click: Reset warnings and Reset cache
Click OK.
Restart your computer.
If that that doesn't help...
Moreover, when I try to go into my .mac account on the web,
Delete all apple cookies and empty your browser cache.
See if you can access your account at iCloud.com

One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem.

A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Then:
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? See other networks? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Thank you for your interest. I use apple mail to access my two accounts -I guess they are 3rd party accounts. One is a gmail acount and the other is a bigpond account. I admit to a lack of a high level of literacy when it comes to the language around all of this. For example, I am aware that I have an iCloud email account as I managed to set it up, but don't really understand the purpose of it as the last thing I need is yet another email account to oversee.

Don't understand how iCloud and Photo work

I make photos with my iPhone... I get 4 different folders on the iPhone (film, streaming, panoramics, video) + recently deleted + other app specific.
Only STREAMING is copied in my Photo app on my MacMini
Also they stay on iCloud (again.. only the STREAMING ones).
Is it possible to set it this way ?
EVERY PHOTO/VIDEO I shoot PASSES on iCloud to my Photo folder on MacMini and then is DELETED from iPhone and iCloud?
Second questionWhere are the photos in Photo? I mean.. is there a folder I can open, copy, archive, etc...? Or is it all compacted in a single file?

Well, you said it yourself in the explanation of IMAP
The first image has the "Archive" folder under iCloud, because that is indeed coming from the IMAP folder from iCloud, as you can see the Archived folder in the 2nd and 3rd screenshot, that folder is just there with the icon. So again, you can see that iCloud IMAP'd folder of Archive appearing.
The structure is the same across all devices, just named differently. The only difference is "drafts" appears as "outbox" in mac mail when sending messages, or typing them up.
Those extra folders on your iPhone is local data. You can verify this by going to Settings > iCloud > Account > Advanced/Mail > Mailbox Behaviors. You'll notice "On my iPhone" and "on the server" - things that are under On My iPhone, will not be represented anywhere else but the phone.

I'm noticing thta iCloud just 'doesn't work' as it's suppose to all of the time.
I've been using Photostream.. All working good on *ALL* my devices for a while, Then today the photo stream
decided to dissapear from my iPad. I didn't change any settings. It just decided to dissapear.. Photo Stream is still
on my other devices including Apple TV.
Now if I switch off photo stream on the ipad and switch it on again it will start downloading the pics.
Also Reminders.
When I make a new reminder, it appears on all devices. Now lets say I try to delete this reminder from my iPhone,
it does not delete from my iPad. To get it to delete from my iPad I have to firstly make a NEW reminder on my iPad and
as this reminder goes up to the cloud, only THEN will the previous reminder get deleted.
It's almost like I have to keep 'nudging' iCloud to speak to my device mainly my iPad2. Now this is only 50% of the time.
My iPad2 seems to be the dodgiest device for iCloud. Again, only 50% of the time.
My settings and my iCloud account and my Apple ID is in order.. This whole setup of iCloud is real simple and I understand the concept
perfectly so there's no errors on my part.. It's just not working!!
Very frustrated with this.. I was hoping it would 'just work'. .

HT4890 will the ICloud continue to work as it should sharing photos, once it's reset?

I reset my icloud because I was told that I had very few GB's left and I though t it was my pics, because I'm a photagraper. but it wasn't and it turned out to be a mistake.Sigh. Now my Cloud will not forward photos from my phone to my IMAC. any suggestions?

Many thanks for some help with my preloader issue. OK that is interesting about the first frame containing much more than just the visable work of the preloader movieclip. That explains why the Preloader appears to be 60kb instead of the 10kb it is in isolation in a test scene away from the website. I guess this would cause a big delay in it loading but not why it loads at 100% with no animation.
What do you suggest is the way around this? Reading other posts I am picking up other possible avenues that are a little beyond my grasp just yet.
Can the preloader script I sent be modified to just target the work in that scene that it is measuring for download only and ignore the other information?
Or having done some more reading do I need to tackle the problem in a completely different way and remove the preloader to a seperate scene and somehow get that to work prior to the targeted scene to download? Is that what is known as the moviecliploader class method? Would this still have a first frame download issue?
Any advise to point in the right direction vastly appreciated.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

Two versions of Outlook, iCloud won't work

I have iCloud on my Windows 7 laptop. I also have Office 2010. My email, calendar, RSS, etc. are set up in Outlook 2010. I also have an iPhone 4S. iCloud and PhotoStream worked just fine until a couple of weeks ago.
I started some work from home that required me to install Office 2013 Pro - with Office 365 online - on my laptop, including Outlook 2013. Now iCloud and PhotoStream no longer work - when I opened the iCloud control panel to see what the problem was, there was a message stating:
Multiple Outlook versions installed.
You can't use iCloud when multiple versions of Outlook are installed. To use iCloud with Outlook, uninstall one version.
Is there any way around this? I don't want to set up my personal stuff in Outlook 2013, for the people I'm working for to access. I can't uninstall Outlook 2013 without uninstalling all of Office 2013. I'd really like my iCloud to work again!

I have a 2013 Buick Enclave with Pandora icon on the screen. I was told that to connect my iphone 5 with USB port and that worked. But as soon as I disconnected, Pandora went out on screen. Only works plugged in now. Should work without USB connected.

I have a 2013 Buick Enclave with Pandora and Stitcher on the nav screen. With my Samsung S3, Pandora automatically lit up and worked. with new iphone5, I was told I need to connect USB port to car and phone and start Pandora. That worked and the icon on screen lit up. but as soon as I removed the USB cord, Pandora and Stitcher greyed out and stopped working. I know it's supposed to work on the car's nav screen once I hardwire it (at least that's what I was told), but as soon as I disconnect, they stop working through the car. How can I install Pandora and Stitcher on my car WITHOUT having the usb cord attached? the idea is to be able to use the car's touch screen to control Pandora, but with the phone plugged into the USB port, I can only use the phone to control Pandora, which of course is dangerous when driving! And it worked correctly with the samsung, so I have to believe it can work with the iphone 5! Right? Thanks.

You cannot install the apps on the car.
The cars head unit is merely acting as an interface to the apps on the device.
If you want to use those apps in the car, plug the device in and leave it plugged in.

Do Reason and GB2 work well together? What are the benefits & limitations?

I was reading on the propellerhead web site that GB2 supports Reason. I am completely green on both these programs.
Reason by itself seems pretty neat, and I can see a bunch of areas where Reason will compliment GB2.
Do any of you out there currently use both these programs in conjunction with one another. If so what are your likes and dislikes. Do you have any tips or basic knowledge I should be aware of before diving in?

Alright: so all I use is Reason 3 and GB2. What I love about Reason is that there are soo many Refills out there. I only have about 15 or 20 of them, but I love each one.
I make many different genres of music on my own, including grind, folk, hip-hop, experimental, and some progressive jazz. I always use Reason for drums (not loops, I create the beats myself with the Redrum Computer) and then I'll mix it up between Garageband and Reason with the instruments.
my myspace music has some good examples. "The Green Door" is all Reason except the Star Wars quotes which were added in GB. "38 seconds of test" is just Reason drumming, and then I mic'd my guitar amp, and acoustic guitar in garageband.
Anyway, I think Reason and Garageband work wonderfully together. But then again, I've never used Pro Tools or any of that stuff, so I'm sure someone else could tell you a million reasons why they think another duo is better.

ITunes Wi-fi sync not working like it should.

So I got a new ipod touch 4th generation because my other one broke. I'm trying to set up wifi sync so I don't have to connect the device to the computer incase it malfunctions. Half the time it doesn't work, and if it does work, I still have to connect it directly to the computer. Sometimes I use wifi sync the first time and it doesn't work, then I plug it into my computer and it detects it. Then I unplug it and use wifi sync and it works like it should. So it kind of defeats the purpose of using wifi sync if everytime I want to sync content through wifi, I'm forced to connect the ipod to the computer. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please Help!
Also, my Ipod is not even a month old and is working like new. It is refurbished.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. But when we subscribe it using iCloud with iphone that it is not working. Can you please help me that what is the issue on iphone or where is the issue in my .ics file?

You need to go to System Preferences (this may be called Settings in Mountain LIon)>iCloud and sign out. Then sign in with the new ID.
