Even though Mavericks is free after I enter data from my credit card, I see this:

The official launch is on July 7th not 8th. But the rumour is that is not going to be available on that date but a month or two after that.

I pre-ordered an album on itunes and payed $5.99. I got an email with the receipt and details in my email. When the album was available i downloaded it, but it gave me a really hard time. When I finally got it to download, itunes charged me another $6.

How can I file a complaint for Itunes charging me extra for pre-order when I already payed for it?

I don't think there will be a 9iR3. Patch sets are still being released for 9iR2 though. You will have to wait until the next major release, 10i. No 10i schedules have been released to customers yet, but I'm sure there will be previews and more information around the Oracle Openworld time.

Is it an European or North American (USA/Canada) version of the N95 8GB?
When you installed it, were you asked whether you want to install it in phone memory or a memory card? If so, which one did you choose?
What's the firmware version of your phone? What language?
Where did you download N-Gage from? The n-gage.com web site, I presume?
Any errors during the installation?
Have you had the earlier, unoffcial and unsupported version that was available on some web sites during the "First Access" phase (February/March) installed on the phone previously?

When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.
