    I made a mistake there. Yesterday I went over to the store and was disappointed to find only the iPhone 5 and the 4G. Back to square one. Buy now is basically still pre order seeing as we don't know when it arrives.

    No way to know. Apple has not announced anything about a Second Generation Mini at this time.  When they do you can bet it will be posted everywhere.
    Personally I'd wait for their customary media event in September, we'll likely hear about it then if its being planned at all.

    Hello,
    Unfortunetaly you are unable to watch any sort of movie, video, or film on the 6th Generation iPod Nano.  This is simply because the screen is too small.  The 4th, 5th, and 7th Generation can however watch videos.

    Why should you? Both, Photos and iPhoto, also Aperture can coexist peacefully.
    Keep organizing your photos in iPhoto, while giving Photos a trial run. And when you are sure that Photos is what you want migrate your iphoto Libraries. But you may still want to use iPhoto for editing or adding Places to photos and similar.
    So keep it installed.

    There are no more future updates for iPhone 3G. There is probably a hardware issue with your phone that an update would not fix.

    SIx months ago, when this thread was last active, 5.1 had not yet been released. Pvonk was correct at the time of writing. We still do not know when the next update will be released. The Terms of Use of this forum prohibit us from speculating about things that Apple has not yet announced.

    This is an iPad user to user forum. Apple doesn't read or respond. We have no way to know what and when Apple will do something. You'll have to wait for an announcement by Apple.
