When is TS14508045 triggered by changing?

Hello guys,
I have a question about the Workflow WS 14500015 in SRM 4.0.
When is TS14508045 (Workitem for creator when an approval rejects or changes) triggered, when an approver changes? Which changes of fields cause that the workitem goes back to the creator? (TS14508045)

thanks for answering. I know, that task is triggered when the approval rejects. But it is also triggered when somebody changes special fields. I would like to know, which field exactly has to be changed that this task is triggered?

My requirement is ...i want to create a purchese order IDoc when ever a PO is changed or created. i have to send several fileds out . So i cannot use standard IDoc type orders05 and standar message code ME10. i am going for a bespoke program.
Now my question is....if i have to create an IDoc when ever a PO is changed ...is there any change date field or flag in the PO table that can tell me that this PO is changed today ....so that i can run the bespoke program to create IDocs with that flag or changed date equals to todays date.
Or only solution is to use standard message control (Nace) and output types?

Hi,
You have two options.
1 is change pointers. 2 is write a report program to generate idocs with necessary data.
You can check them in CDHDR & CDPOS tables. Here, you have all the details of what fields you changed. CDHDR has the time stamps when the fields has been changed and CDPOS will have the field value details. But make sure, this will be a bit time taking process as each and every change will create a record in this.
YOu may need to create a custom table as when the report run last time and from there you can pick the records from these tables.

VA01 ATP incorrecct results when delivery date is programmatically changed

When creating or modifying a sales order (VA01 & VA02), we need to programmatically assign the delivery date a) for certain customers or b) when the delivery priority is changed from downs to regular order and visa-versa. For examples: 1) user enters a delivery date 02/01/2012, the program (userexit_check_vbep) will automatically replace it with a calculated
date (i.e.. 2/20/2012). 2) if user changes the delivery priority from regular order to a downs order, the program will automatically replace delivery date to current date.
But are getting incorrect ATP results when requested delivery date (based on what user enters in VBAP-LPRIO "delivery priority") is programmatically changed and then user manually enters the date and run ATP (see steps 8 & 9 below).
VA01 execution steps:
1) Used VA01 and entered a material of quantity 1, requested date 2/01/2012, delivery priority = regular. Date was overwritten automatically with program calculated date 2/20/2012 as expected.
2) ATP automatically ran successfully for the initial entry.
3) I then changed the delivery priority from regular order to downs order & requested delivery date was automatically changed to current date 02/01/2012 as expected.
4) ran ATP manually and all is well.
5) I then changed the delivery priority back to a regular order and date was automatically changed back to 02/20/2012 as expected.
6) I ran ATP manually and again all is well.
7) I then manually changed the delivery date 02/25/2012.
Incorrect / bad results:
8) ATP then passed back 2 sub-items lines with the quantity of 1 each. The quantity on the main line item is doubled to 2.
9) I then tried to delete the main line item manually to start all over, but the transaction just hangs because it tries to go to ATP, but cannot resolve what to delete.
Do you have any suggestions to help resolve this?
The following SAP user-exits were modified:
a) MV45AFZB
1) userexit_check_vbap
- for certain customers (a custom "override days" field stored in VBAP is populated), delivery date is automatically calculated using this field (i.e. current date + override days).   If user entered date < calculated date,   calculated date is used (xvbep-edatu).
- If user changes delivery priority, xvbep-edatu will be set automatically to either the calculated date (regular order) or current date (downs order).
2) userexit_check_vbep : if user enters a delivery date (vbep-edatu), it is checked against calculated delivery date & overwritten, if it is < calculated date.
b) MV45AFZZ - userexit_move_field_to_vbap :
- override days is determined & delivery date is automatically calculated. If user entered date < calculated date, calculated date is used (xvbep-edatu).
- If user changes delivery priority, xvbep-edatu will be set automatically to either the calculated date (reg.order) or current date (downs order)
Reason for updating xvbep: if only vbap-lprio or vbap-override (custom field) fields are changed, the VBEP user exit routines (userexit_move_field_to vbep or userexit_check_vbep) do not run. Change to xvbep does trigger userexit_check_vbep.

This is not an SD question and should be moved to ABAP forum. It seems to me that the issue is not with incorrect ATP but with the subitems / main item updated incorrectly. This needs to be resolved by a developer who wrote the user exit. Most likely either a user exit is triggered when not expected or a wrong line updated, etc. Debugger should be helpful.
Also instead of setting delivery priority, why can't the users just change the delivery date to current date? This seems just as easy to me...

If i understand your message correctly, You want to trigger an ORDERS05 IDOC with message type ORDRSP from the sales order right. You can configure the output type in transaction NACE under application V1 and assign it to you output determination procedure. You need to check the box Multiple issueing if you want the output to be proposed every time you change the order. You also need to create partner profile for the customer in WE20.

Make use of Business Object BUS1065. In this business Object you have an attribute Status which you can use. There are a number of events that will get triggered when the status is changed.

1. If the attribute change run is triggered through process chain the job name is 'BI_PROCESS_ATTRIBCHAN'
2. If the change run is triggered from RSA1> tools?Appl Heirarchy/Attribute changerun then the job name starts with BI_STRU*
3. If you trigger the program RSDDS_AGGREGATES_MAINTAIN from SE38 then the job name will be RSDDS_AGGREGATES_MAINTAIN

User exit in VA01 not triggering on change of custom field

Hello Guys,
We have custom field in SO item (VBAP) for which screen 8459 of SAPMV45A has been enhanced. Now, on the change of the custom field, user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_ME_REQ is not getting triggered.
Requirement is to change Purchase Requistion item (setting value of a EBAN field to custom field from 8459 screen) when a SO is created/changed.
Can someone please help!

U can also to try to insert a new MODULE in the PAI of screen-exit where u call the user-exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_ME_REQ or where u fill the header line of table EBAN just as what that exit does.
U should remember the screen-exit is "yours", so u can insert all module u need, just only save them in the following include:
- MV45AOZZ (PBO module)
- MV45AIZZ (PAI module)

In my application's homepage, I am using 2 af:commandbuttons and each using action attribute to call a method. Both are calling the same method, and based on its id, it should perform different operations. Could anyone please tell me how to get command buttons id in java code, when it is triggered.

why not call different methods from each button?

Change one bloody value and the prototype changes in the TestStand step... Reload the prototype and guess what happens??!!??
All the bloody values get reset to defaults! AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!
If it was in one place, I could survive the ordeal. But I have to change bloody prototypes in many places!!!!

I am not not very famous with LV and its cluster types.
So no idea if this works (it works for DataTypes updates very well and a LV cluster is Data Type so.... maybe)
Make a copy of the step that has to be modified to an new sequencefile.
Make modifications the in the copy.
Now you should have the same DataType Name but other contents in the container. Save it.
Normally there should be a message box that tells you that version has been incremented. - Accept it.
Set in StationOptions-File "Allow Automatic ...." to Never.
Open original sequencefile. Now the there must be a type conflict. Accept/Apply to all "Use Current Loaded.."
You have updated the type.....

IBase When Creating a Request for Change in Solution Manager 7.1

Hello all,
We recenlty upgraded our sandbox system to Solution Manager 7.1 SP3 and are currently investigating the new ChaRM functionality with the new CRM UI. Our company had configured ChaRM back in 2007 and has been working very well since the initial delivery.
While I was following the Request for [Change process simulation from RKT|https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000478022011E/index.htm] on our sandbox system, I had noticed that the iBase and Component that we have created in transaction IB52 prior to the upgrade were not showing in our search when we were defining the Change Request Scope section. In the documentation that I have read leading up to the upgrade, there have been no mention of the iBase/Component data becoming invalid post-upgrade nor have I found a conversion process. I have done a search here on SDN and on SAP Notes to see why the iBase and Components were not showing up.
Has anybody encountered this issue since the upgrade to 7.1 or is there something I need to do in IB52 in order for the iBase/Component in the new CRM GUI?

yes in 7.0 it worked for me too, that is because in 7.0 ChaRM searched for projects based on the IBase you selected.
If there were more than one project where this system is involved you got a pop up where to chose your project.
In 7.1 you chose the project directly, instead of let the system search for you.
And depending on what productive-systems are in this project you get your Ibase list.
If you don't select a project at all you will still get a list of all Ibases in your system.
Iif you ask the SAP, they will allways tell you that you have to have a productive system in your project, at least as you pointed out with a virtual system.
I did not read i t though and therfore ca nnot provide any sources.
This is all based on my experiences.

Error when creating journal triggers

I have table with 138 columns. When i try to generate journal triggers, HSU utility fails with error 6502 - numeric or value error. I was able to create journal triggers after i've deleted 30 rows. Are there any restrictions in number of columns when creating journal triggers?

Are all these songs associated with the same Apple ID or were some purchased on another account?
Are they tagged properly? In the library does it break an album out into several different albums with a few tracks each?
Check your sync settings for each device. Do you accidentally have only certain songs/albums syncing?
