When it is booting up the apple turns RED does that mean anything
It may be similar to this topic. Try zapping the PRAM (as suggested in the linked topic) and see if that clears it.
To do so, restart and immediately hold down the Command+Option+P+R keys through two startup chimes. Then release the keys and let the Mac start normally.

Hi, my iphone's display appears pale yellow in colour when compared wit my friends' iphones' display which looks bright white in colour. When I took it to the apple store, they said that the display of few the iphones differs. Is that true?
Thank you. Is there any way that I can check whether it is a duplicate display? I am asking this because I got this phone from my friend.

Just got the 4S. I cannot get Siri to work. It says it cannot retrieve info from the server. What does that mean and how can I fix it to use it?
Siri always contacts her own server at apple. They may be performing maintenance or applying updates, should be back soon.

i'm updating my iphone4 to ios7 then my phone suddenly won't open. it only appears the itunes logo. what does that mean?
It means your phone is in recovery mode and you will need to restore it:

when it says your capacity is 6.43 GB does that mean how much memory you have used up or how much you have left
The 6.43 GB is how much storage that is available to you to use. The difference between 6.43 ansd 8 GB is taken up by the iOS.
The Available entry show how much is unused. -
When you back up your Iphone/Ipad it backs up your camera roll. but when you take pictures and it uses photo stream, does that mean there are two copy's of your photos on icloud one set for photo stream and one set for backups?
What do you mean by storage quota, does that mean i could be photo streaming about 1gb of photos and it does not get taken away from my free 5bg.

found to computers.
1 is a Imac G3 or G4, I plugged it in but it is not working. I know the computer is the bottom round part, does this mean it is no good?
2nd one is a Mac monitor and when turn on from the back the light in the front far right just blinks continually, is this monitor any good or do I need to attach it to a computer to see if it really works.
I have been a PC user mostly so I am looking for some help here. For the computer, if it has a round white dome with an flat screen on an arm, it is an iMac G4. When you plug it in and press the power button, does it do anything (screen comes on, makes any noise, etc...)?
For the display, you can look here to better indentify it
http://support.apple.com/specs/#displays
You'd have to connect it to a computer to really see if it works.
If these were abandoned, I'm guessing they are broken in some way. -
Hi, someone stole my ipod during school. I was hoping that apple would be able to find my ipod through the serial number. the stolen ipod is linked to the same itunes account as one of my other ipods... if that means anything. another thing is the passcode was on when it was taken so who ever stole it probably isn't having much luck getting into it. anyways, i would be glad to hear anyone's ideas on how to get it back
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries. -
If VLAN 1 is the native VLAN, then does that mean thier can only be one?
If VLAN 1 is native, does that mean when you assign another VLAn to be native, VLAN 1 is no longer native and the other VLAN is? meaning you can only have one?
Let us start by being clear that the concept of native vlan is related to a particular interface doing trunking. If you have two interfaces doing trunking it is quite possible that the first one would have vlan 1 as native and the other one might have vlan 2 as native.
On a particular interface doing trunking it is quite true that there can be only a single native vlan for that trunk.

My iMac is completely unresponsive. Whenever I restart it, it's just a white screen with a flashing file folder with a question mark in the middle. What does this mean?
this means the mac cannot find the startup disc. which more times than not means you need a hdd replacement.
try starting holding the option key, then using utilities try to repair the disc. -
