When logging into game centre using my Apple ID, the game centre nick name profile shown is not mine and all progress data is lost. What happened?

Out of the blue the game centre asks me to sign in all of a sudden when I started one of my games. I sign in with my Apple ID as usual it logs me in but with some weird game centre nickname which is a bunch of random characters and not mine. All my game progress is lost.
I already tried everything people in other similar threads suggested:
Logging out of game centre in its settings, restarting, logging back in using Apple ID.
Logging out of game centre in its settings, logging back in using my correct game centre nickname instead of Apple ID, tells me Apple ID not found...
Tried changing my game center nick name in the game centre settings, it tells me that my nick name is in use.
I tried everything people said, I even checked my Apple ID account to see if I can access game centre profile somewhere... But nothing.
What is going on? Why did my nick name change? Why did I loose all my game progress? Apple support explain.

From your post I understand that on March 11th you were unable to download and connect to the iTunes Store. Could it be that you or your daughter used your daughters Apple ID to install these apps? Make sure that your Apple ID is set up in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" then delete the Apps when your daughters ID appears and then re-download them again by using your own Apple ID. This should fix the problem.

alrite. I have made my mistake. I should not jail break my iphone. So if I purchase my apps again from itunes is that mean mean my data will be back?
I hope you guys can giv me some support here since I am Apple genuine buyer. I could be wrong last time and now I turn over a new leaf and learn a lesson.

Why does find my iPhone send me an email saying I have logged into my account using my Apple ID?

Since the new iOS 8.0.1 update I found that when I log into find my iPhone i then get an email saying: Your Apple ID was used to sign into Find My iPhone. It then proceeds to tell me what device it was (my one at this time) and the date and time. I do not want this setting on. I have looked into it and can't find the option to switch it off. This gives a potential thief the notification that the device is being tracked which is certainly NOT a good idea. Please help!!!!

I have this same question. Even if you are logging on to see where your child is, or to make sure he/she made it to school or is where they say they are it sends and email letting them know, pointless. And as you pointed out if you lost your phone or if it was stolen then whomever has your phone has access to email and then knows you are tracking phone. Please anyone, tell me how to remove this setting.

You are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

My email got blocked and can't sign in using old apple id so i created a new one i just need to transfer all my data to the new id

I downloaded the new os 5.0 and had to verify my icloud account it, when i tried to check my email it said that my password was wrong and I couldn't access my account so I went through the whole process on reseting my password and no can do for now so I thought well if I can't use that account anymore then I will just switch my apple id to another email address that I had and use that so I got that set up and now all I need to do is somehow transfer my purchases to my new account well I thought I could do that through my iphone and stupid me reset the whole thing where I can't even access anything or even make or recieve phone calls so someone please help me I am hopelessly lost without my iphone and I am desperate for answers

Ask Apple to re-enable it. I had an unauthorized purchase last October. They disabled my account until the problem was solved. However, I asked them to reopen it, and they just asked me to provide some security information (billing address, a recent purchase you made, etc.), and then they re-enabled it.

Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them originally, regardless of whether or not you are still using this ID for iTunes. If these apps were purchased with your former husband's ID you won't be able to update them without providing the password for this ID. You will have to delete them from your phone and your iTunes library and re-purchase them using your current ID in order to stop this.

IPad cannot log into Game Centre

Hi,
Anyone else having issues logging into Game Centre? I can log in on my 5S but both iPad Air & Air 2 refuses to log in. I get a "cannot connect to server" error. All three devices are on the same WiFi network.
I have checked Apple's System Status page and it shows that all is fine. if I can log in on my iPhone why can I not log in on my iPad's?

I recently received an ipad2 and when I tried to sync using separate apple and iTunes passwords, under her computer user name, it appears I over-road her account and synced all her apps with my apps on my iPad. I then set myself up as a new user on our computer and tried to sync. I now get the error that my iPad is synced to another library. How can I start over without erasing all my data on the iPad?

Go back to her login. Unless you deliberately erased apps, they should all be there, both yours and hers! Then, you need to set up each iPad separately. You will notice that they have separate names for that very purpose.
There is no problem with multiple Apple IDs on the same iTunes on the same computer except... Apps are permanently associated with the ID that was originally used to obtain them. If you choose to update an app from inside iTunes and you're logged into the "wrong" ID, you must log out and back in again.
On the bright side, you can configure either or both iPads to sync with apps and music and movies, etc. from either or both IDs. Further, if you choose to update the apps from the iPads themselves, there is no need to log out/in. The device handles that. All you need is the correct password. In my case, I use the same password for both IDs to make things easier.

Yeah, got that with my son's Touch today. I had to give up my old Apple ID (not an email address) after my iOS 5 update on my iPad, so I had to "merge" it with my email address. Now he can't log in without setting up his profile again. This ultimately fails at the nickname point: says I need a password. There is no place to stick a password. Stupid.

It's the wonderful combination of iOS7 and an iPad2.
Even though they're still selling the iPad2 they certainly didn't seem to include it when testing iOS7.
I never had any problems on 6, but after upgrading I also get these 'can't connect to server' messages a lot.
The problem I'm guessing is due to the iPad2 using a lot more resources on iOS7 compared to 6, resources it simply doesn't have compared to newer models.
When I get these errors and 'force quit' (press home twice quickly and then click on the x for all recently opened apps at the bottom) all apps and try again it works and I can connect.

You can't create an iCloud account on your PC. You have to first create an iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher). After creating the account on one of these devices you can use the ID to sign into the account on your PC.
