When my iphone 5s was doing an update my laptop died. Now it wont turn on it only will show me the screen to connect to iTunes but iTunes doesn't recognize that I have my phone plugged in. I cant access anything on my phone it just says connect to iTunes.

I have tried turning my phone, and laptop off, I also uninstalled and re-installed iTunes.

It sounds like you are unable to see your phone in iTunes after the computer turned off unexpectedly during an iOS update. I recommend resetting the phone first, and then attempting to restore with iTunes again.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Hey I've been all over and can't get any help. I'm well aware its not an Apple product but its an app for Mac OS so I thought I'd try here. I bought 2 new iMacs yesterday for my parents (5K) and I'm just trying to get them some help as there in their 70's and AOL is all they know.

I am signed in, I open photoshop or illustrator and I get the 'continue trial' box. I have CC on two machines- one laptop (Macbook pro) and one desktop (macpro) and on the macbook pro the application manager doesn't recognize that I have paid for the subscription. I have signed out and then signed back in a few times but no help

Illustrator CS6 on Mac OSX Lion. It crashed once when we were trying to save, and once when we tried to reopen a file. When it crashes we reopen it, sign in again (this is when the trail message comes up). It signs in fine, but the file gets corrupted.
Right now I just uninstalled and reinstalled and will see if that helps.

Battery not charging:
1. Reset iPad; hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo
2. Try another wall socket
3. Try another cable (make sure it's an original Apple cable)
4. Try another charger (make sure it's an original Apple charger)
5. Clean Lightning port with compress air or new paint brush

My iPhone (iOS7) doesn't recognize that I have iTunes 11.1

When I plugged my iPhone 4S (iOS7) in to my Mac Book Pro (OSX 10.6.8) I got a prompt that said I needed iTunes 11.1 for the phone to be recognized. I downloaded and successfully installed iTunes 11.1 but again received the same prompt upon plugging in my phone. I restarted my computer several times and still, when I plug in my phone it just tells me I need iTunes 11.1
When I check software update, it says that everything is up to date and no new software is available. I am 100% POSITIVE that I have iTunes 11.1 but when I plug in my phone I continue to receive the prompt telling me its not recognized because I need iTunes 11.1
It's as if my computer doesnt recognize the fact that it is running iTunes 11.1, and thinks it's still running an older version. Makes absolutely no sense to me

It could be, but i highly doubt it, that it is because that you are running Snow Leopard if your computer supports an upgrade you could try that, but that is all that i can come up with for a problem. Oh, try reinstalling itunes 11.1 and if you were going to update OS X do that first!

Safari doesn't recognize that I have OSX 10.5.5

Yes the latest version of Safari will not install on my machine because it thinks that I have less than OSX 10.4, when in fact I have 10.5.5. Have any idea why this is going on? Thanks!

The current Safari version is included with your version of Mac OS X; if you need to install or reinstall it, use the original disks followed by the combo updater.

HT1212 While setting up using my home Wi-Fi I followed the direction on the screen, put in my Apple ID and password,& pass code that would lock my phone, now that it's activated I can't unlock it with the pass code! What do I do now?

I contacted my service provider and they told me to codec my iPhone to iTines on a computer, and follow the direction to set my hone back to the factory settings, I have nothing on it yet so I tried this, the iTunes Icon comes up with a lock under it. The phone vibrates part way through the process and still won't unlock. Now what do I do?

When I go into my email account through Safari, I cannot see all of my messages. 26 may show on the screen but it says I have 32. However, at the bottom right it appears as if all the messages are showing and the arrow to get more is not highlighted.

if it is showing you 34 mails them it is correct. when you see your mail. apple has a smart way of arranging your mail.suppose you recieve 4 mails from one email id it will show you under one highlighted mail. so when you open a mail from anyone trying scrolling it down and you will find your missing mails.

Yours is the 4th message I have seen today with this question, so you probably posted without reading recent messages. Anyway, hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears, usually about 10 seconds. This reboots the phone (or restarts the phone if you are a Mac user). You will not lose any data.

- See if resetting the iod helps.

- Next, connect the iPod to its syncing computer and if iTunes sees the iPod restore the iPo via iTunes.
