When my iphone says it has been backed up to a computer where does everything get stored?
I am trying to baqck up my iphone on the computer. How do i know? I am basically trying to back up only my photos and videos
The "Where are iTunes backups stored on your computer" section of http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4946 gives the file locations of backups. Note however that you won't actually see your photos and videos (or any of the other backup content) in those files as they are stored in a format that is meant to be used only to restore back to the phone in the event of a problem.
For photos and videos, in addition to doing a backup it is a good idea to import them to a computer where you can actually see them and know that you have a good second copy. Instructions for doing that are at http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083

My iPod has a problem. I cannot fit the charger into the bottom of the device, nor can I fit it on to the docking station. It is as if the bottom mechanism has been bent out of shape. Where would I get it repaired? Would it be expensive?

In iTunes 11 use Control+B to show the Menu bar then go to iTunes>File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

I have my dev license and I have installed iOS 5 on my device with my mac. I would like to know how to load iOS 5 on my windows based iPhone 4 as well. Is it possible to download iTunes 10.5 for windows?
I am thinking I will just load everything as far as I can on a mac and then when it prompts me to "set up iphone" on the opening screen for iOS 5 I will take it to my windows computer and plug it and run it on iTunes there. I found a copy of 10.5 but dont know if I can use it or not. HELP!

Why does my iphone say it has never been backed up
my iphone says it has never been backed up, or last back incomplete or back up failed, yet my icloud will say it has been backed up. why is this happening?
Did you ever get an answer to this? My phone started saying this over six months ago..it says it has never been backed up and icloud doesn't have enough storage. I don't even have ANY music and only about 100 pictures. I sync it to my computer all the time and when I do it says it's completely up to date.

How do I confirm that all my Numbers documents have been backed up on iCloud? I want to be able to see what has been backed up.
On your computer go to iCloud.com, sign in and select the documents app.
On your iPad go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage and your documents should be listed.
If you are referring to an iOS device backup it is not possible to view these. -
When trying to purchase a song, itunes comes back and says my ID has been disabled. I am signed in and I get their emails.

iPhone 4s hasn't been backed up since February, when connected to wifi, it runs for awhile in icloud backup, then says, "cannot complete backup". any ideas? I bought additional storage in icloud, have 15 gig now.

How do I access content that has been backed up to iCloud? I no longer have an iphone, but I want to access the music/pictures I've stored to the cloud. When I logged in to iCloud, there was no tab or option to view content. Please help.
Without an iPhone or iPod Touch to restore the backup to, you cannot access the camera roll photos stored in the iCloud backup. Signing into the account on your computer and enabling photo stream will only allow you to access photo stream photos from the last 30 days, and any shared stream you were subscribed to.

I definitely wouldn't. All you can do with the backup is a full restore and that would overwrite anything you later had added to the phone (including any additional photos). If you have a computer, doing an import is a good idea: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083
If no computer, you could send the photos to someplace such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other online photo storage. -

Windows can not identify that an iOS device is in recovery mode. Only iTunes can identify that.
